Southwest Tours Transfer Process – MPH to Boracay Hotel 1. Booking Confirmation Once you book your transfer service with Southwest Tours. You will receive a booking reference number and important travel reminders via email. ⸻ 2. Arrival at Caticlan Airport (MPH) Upon arrival at MPH, proceed to the Arrival Exit Hall. Look for the Southwest Tours staff stationed in the designated booth inside the airport parking area. Our staff are easily identifiable in orange uniforms. ⸻ 3. Airport Welcome & Check-In Present your booking reference number or voucher to the staff. They will verify your booking, assist with luggage if needed, and guide you to your assigned vehicle. ⸻ 4. Land Transfer to Caticlan Jetty Port Board an air-conditioned shuttle or van for a short ride to the Caticlan Jetty Port. Travel time is approximately 5–10 minutes. All port and environmental fees may be handled in advance, depending on your package. ⸻ 5. Jetty Port Assistance & Boat Transfer At the port, a Southwest staff member will assist you through the terminal check-in and boat boarding process. You’ll board a motorized boat or fastcraft for a 15–20 minute sea transfer to Boracay Island. ⸻ 6. Arrival at Boracay Port (Cagban or Tabon Port) Once you arrive at Boracay Port, another Southwest Tours team will be waiting to welcome and assist you. ⸻ 7. Land Transfer to Your Hotel You’ll be guided to your assigned shuttle or multicab for the final leg of the journey. Enjoy a scenic ride to your hotel or resort in Boracay, with drop-off right at your doorstep (if accessible by road). ⸻ 8. Completion of Service Upon arrival, our staff will assist with your bags and ensure a smooth check-in process with your hotel if needed. Your door-to-door service is complete—welcome to Boracay!

1.00Atrocious. Paid almost S$180 for private transfers for my wife and myself. On the return the people on the much cheaper group package left the island after us yet were transported to the airport before us. They just kept us waiting on the pier telling us our transport was coming. After making a fuss I was told they would be in touch about a refund, but so far I’ve heard nothing. In the end we were struggling to make our flight. The excuse was traffic, which can’t be correct as they were able to transfer everyone else to the airport in good time except for us.

5.00Our experience with Southwest Tours was perfect. They have great staff who accommodated us since our inquiry to the time we went home. Special mention to Sir GM who checked on us during the trip and made sure that all were coordinated well even to the last minute requests we made. They were very helpful to give us options that fit our budget and needs. We felt VIPs with their quality service yet not paid expensive prices. Their vans, buses, boats, and all vehicles are very clean and well-maintained. Southwest Tours is highly recommended for all travelers specially to people who will be bringing kids with them. I appreciated that I experienced hassle-free barging in and off the van then to the boat and vice-versa as all frontline staffs were very helpful. Kudos and keep up your best work!

5.00From the moment you land at Caticlan Airport, you are greeted by the most welcoming and warm people! They are genuinely happy that you’ve arrived. Leonardo was amazing! He got me to and from my hotel safely. He was punctual and really kind. Will return to this beautiful island for the people and for the first class service. Will use Southwest again!

4.00The transfer from Caticlan to Boracay is chaos, absolute chaos. Southwest Tours is the way to go, especially if it’s your first time to Boracay. Lots of hurry-up and wait, but they do all the paperwork, fees, and scheduling vans and buses. Highly recommend.
