Great value. Great experience. The mojito was good too. You really get to understand the wealth in Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise. After the cruise, enjoy a meal at the Surfers Pavilion, a short walk away.

Knowledgeable tour guide and great tour of Gold Coast canals , very relaxing and was supplied with cheese and biscuits, bar on board so just had a glass of wine to to off a great afternoon

Receptionist was harsh / rude. We missed the boat by 2 minutes. It was my mistake to be late. But the way the receptionist spoke and dealt with us was very rude. Businesses would close down because of this sort of customer service. Very disappointing and unhappy.

Late Nov 2024, Skipper Pete & his colleague, Georgia had shown their welcoming services to us during this River Cruise. Pete's "Eager to Serve" attitude was demonstrated in the way he answered my question - by contacting the relevant personnel straight away. Georgia also assisted Pete in his talk by telling us her experiences in the activities which were offered in the surrounding areas. This had certainly added promotional colours to the advertised fun activities. Their friendly interactions with us were very well received in our group.
