Go Ballooning is a family-run business that strives to provide high-quality customer experience and create unforgettable memories. The company's basket is six meters long, leaving passengers plenty of room to take their own photos and enjoy the view. Go Ballooning operates Australia's only basket with doors. This means passengers no longer need to climb over the basket to enter. Guests will also receive a photo package at the end of their flight.

Gold Coast
Our bus will pick guests up around 3:00am to 4:30am (depending on the time of year) at a given pick up location (these details are sent via SMS the night before their flight). Guests will be driven to the take off site. The in-air flight time is approximately 45-60 minutes. We fly over the Gold Coast city or the Gold Coast hinterland, depending on the wind pattern. Guests will be dropped back to the pick up location between 7:30am and 9am.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with Go Ballooning Gold Coast. From the initial booking process months in advance through to the balloon ride, breakfast, and winery visit, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Communication from the team was clear and supportive throughout, including detailed pickup instructions shared the day before. The wait time on arrival was minimal, and the entire experience felt very well organised. Our pilot, Murray, explained all the safety procedures clearly and made everyone feel comfortable and excited for the flight. The hot air balloon ride over the Gold Coast was truly uplifting and memorable, and our whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. The winery experience afterwards was also excellent — great food, warm hospitality, and a lovely winery tour at the Sirromet Winery that was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast was elaborate and we had many options to order from. Perfect to soak in the morning experience in a calm setting Thank you to the entire team for the coordination and for creating such a magical experience. We highly recommend it! 5.00We absolutely loved our balloon experience with these guys. They messaged a day early and offered us to come early as the weather didn't look good for our booked day. They helped us make changes so we could do that and glad we didn't because the weather on our original day was terrible. The drive to and from the launch site was good fun- Rob was very professional and informative. Once at the launch site we watched the balloon fill up and Johan gave us the instructions and away we went. He was a vibe and made the flight more enjoyable with his information and friendly vibe. Highly recommend these guys for a wonderful flight experience. 5 stars 🌟

5.00Absolutely spectacular flight - Murray was a fantastic Captain - fun, entertaining, and gave us over an hour of beautiful (and high) flying fun over the hinterlands. Incredible views and a beautiful sunrise (actually saw it rise three times)! We felt safe, well taken care of, learned and laughed alot too. The adventure was doorstep to doorstep service (and we recommend the breakfast too). We highly recommend this experience!

5.00Really lovely experience - so calm, slow and gentle. I never realised how massive the balloons are until we walked towards them. Recommend the tour.
