Go Ballooning is a family-run business that strives to provide high-quality customer experience and create unforgettable memories. The company's basket is six meters long, leaving passengers plenty of room to take their own photos and enjoy the view. Go Ballooning operates Australia's only basket with doors. This means passengers no longer need to climb over the basket to enter, and wheelchair users can also fly. Guests will also receive a photo and movie package at the end of their flight.

Gold Coast

Our bus will pick guests up around 3:30am to 4:30am (depending on the time of year) at a given pick up location (these details are sent via SMS the night before their flight). Guests will be driven to the take off site. The in-air flight time is approximately 45 minutes to an hour. We fly over the Gold Coast city or the Gold Coast hinterland, depending on the wind pattern. At the end of some flights, guests will have the option of participating in our 'pack up experience' where they can walk inside our balloon, take photos, and then help pack it up. Guests will be dropped back to the pick up location between 6:30am and 7:30am.

It was an awesome, amazing experience. Our Pilot was very experienced and very nice natured. Landing was also very very soft.

Unfortunately it didn’t happen. The hot air balloon people tried on 3 separate days to get us airborne. The weather wasn’t good enough. Now awaiting refund of monies

They are professional and friendly. We had a good time spending in the air seeing the sunrise. We went up there with 6 year old son so the activity is kid friendly, they provided us the block for my lil one to stand on because he is too short can't see the view from the basket. Thank you for such an experience.

We had the most amazing experience from booking to completion. The flight was so smooth and exhilarating from start to finish. Murray the pilot was entertaining and an absolute master pilot. My wife was reluctant as she has a fear of heights, but she was so calm and relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Another random person stated that she was super nervous at the start and was surprised at how smooth and calming the whole flight was. The entire team were very welcoming and professional. We were lucky enough to walk inside the balloon as it was being packed away. To finish it off we had a buffet breakfast at the Sheraton, one of the best we've had and believe me we have had a few. I couldn't recommend this highly enough and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

We had an amazing flight over the Gold Coast hinterland which was made possible by Murray the pilot and his crew. Definitely recommend. We paid for the breakfast which always at the Sheraton post flight which was also amazing. Thank you for the amazing experience.

She was repeatedly asked to reschedule for three days before she could not fly on January 1 due to high winds The forecast's a breeze, so I don't think it's canceled. The day before the result, they said it was canceled and told me to change it to January 2, the day I came home. January 1st is a good day with a nice breeze and very poor weather Is it possible to get a refund if it is held? When I ask him questions, he doesn't give me a clear answer. I've been back and forth on LINE with someone from go ballooning.

The entire arrangement was awesome, and we’ve got the perfect timing to view the sunrise from above which makes one of my most memorable time in my life. The peacefulness in the sky is also impressive. Thanks the team.
