Spacious boat 'Beachcomber' is big enough for guests to comfortably be able to move around, yet small enough to be versatile for Calm-water Fishing on the Gold Coast's Broadwater.

A Private Fishing Charter on 'Beachcomber' allows for up to 8 Guests to be sheltered from the rain or sun with an extended roof, and we can drop the side 'clears' if the wind picks up - so to keep your day out fishing as comfortable as possible. We also have a marine toilet and hand washing facilities on board!

We supply complimentary soft drinks and bottled water, plus snacks. We also provide our Charter guests a range of fishing rods so they can try various techniques to try for the 'Catch of the Day!'.

'Broadwater Fishing' Private Charter: On 'Beachcomber' we offer private calm-water fishing charters with our 'Broadwater Fishing Charter' (for up to 8 guests) to spend a day fishing within the sheltered waterways of the Gold Coast's Broadwater. We provide the rods, fishing gear and fishing tips as well as snacks, bottled drinking water & soft drinks so guests can keep busy fishing! Departure from Howard Street Boat Ramp, Runaway Bay - We have a front access ladder so that we can pick up guests straight from the beach!

Amazing morning out on the water and a great introduction to fishing for our family. We have three young boys (10, 9, 7) and they absolutely loved it. Andreas and Amanda were super patient with the kids who can’t wait to do it again. We caught so many fish too!
Best family fishing experience you could ask for.

My family and I had a great time fishing with Beachcomber charters. We caught over 40 fish collectively and so many different species. This was my 5 year old daughters first time fishing and the Captain and crew made it one she will never forget. They were very helpful and patient with an enegertic 5 year old! The boat was wonderful and the bathroom was very convenient. We will definitely be booking with Beachcombers again when we are in the Gold Coast.

Amazing day out on the water on 31st Dec. We booked a private charter for 4 of us and had so much fun. I've only ever caught 2 fish having only fished twice and caught over 10! Well worth the money. You will have someone there to bait your hook, take the fish off and clean it up ready for cooking. There's a toilet and snacks and drinks to keep you going. We will be back, thanks for having us!

Possibly the best charter I’ve been on - and I’ve been on a few! Friendly staff, great fishing, on a well equipped boat. Highly recommended.

It was my birthday and unfortunately a bad weather for fishing (i have got a rejection from prebooked fishing with another supplier). However, Andreas made it! The places where we were fishing were safe and we have got some good fish! Andreas also treated me with a piece of cake for the birthday

My 12-year-old son loves fishing and this was a dream come true for him. We caught so many different species and Andreas was the perfect host.

Thanks for a great morning on the Broadwater. Friendly, knowledgable, great boat, clean and tidy, plenty of assistance and advice. Did all the baiting for us. A couple of keepers and I think 12 different species makes for a great day. Thanks team.

We had a fantastic private fishing trip with Beachcomber Charters. Andreas and Cooper were welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area. Although the weather at times was wet, the boat was well equipped with drop down blinds and raincoats and it didn’t stop the fun. Will definitely be back to enjoy one of the many different charters they have on offer, thanks again!

My son and I had a brilliant day out with Andreas and Cooper. We caught so many different types of fish at a range of different spots - they were biting at all of them. The water was calm as advertised (perfect for those of us that get sea sick). Would highly recommend!!
