5.00It was a blast. Our agent, Hakan, was super helpful and approachable. Very timely and great service! Our pilot, Meltem, was the best. High quality communication, technical skills, and personality. Gave us a great ride, awesome views, and a bullseye landing. This was a blast!

5.00💯Somehow, this is the best agency in town - thanks to Hakam. Great prices, too. The hot air balloon ride was amazing. They picked us up at the hotel (in a Mercedes bus), drove us to the launch field, gave us a snack, then an amazing balloon ride. At the end we got champagne and a ride back to the hotel...all before breakfast!
