Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

5.00Trip of a lifetime. Taylor was our pilot and made the trip perfect with his knowledge of the area and the odd joke. We flew over the hoover dam, Lake Mead and landed inside the Grand Canyon where we had plenty of time to take photos and just soak up the amazing scenery. We even had a cheeky chipmunk pop out to say hello. We then flew back passing over the Las Vegas Strip and all the iconic hotels before landing back at Maverick HQ. We chose the 12 pm flight and were lucky enough to be the only guests landed at the time. I understand that sunset trips and high season can mean more people around. I will never forget this trip. Highly recommend. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel.

5.00Celebrated my wife’s birthday with this incredible team and it was an experience that we will never forget. Our captain was Nate and he was amazing. He gave us all the details along the journey. He made our experience so special. We will definitely do this again with friends that have not been here before. We can’t thank Maverick enough for this experience.
