Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

5.00I joined the 8 AM helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon with Maverick and it was absolutely worth it! The shuttle van picked me up around 6:40 AM — the driver even arrived a little early, which was fine and well-organized. We reached the Maverick helipad about 30 minutes before departure, giving me enough time to relax and take in the excitement. The check-in process was smooth and easy; they just needed to see my passport. I was assigned to a helicopter with four passengers in total. The flight took around 45 minutes to reach the landing site inside the Grand Canyon — the views were simply stunning and gave a real sense of how vast and peaceful the canyon is. On the return, the helicopter made a short stop for refueling, so the total flight time back was about an hour. At the landing site, we were served sparkling wine and light snacks like pretzels and nuts — a nice touch! I didn’t bring water, but that wasn’t a big issue. My tip: use the restroom before take-off since the whole trip (from pickup to drop-off) takes around three and a half hours. Overall, it was a smooth, memorable, and well-run experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Las Vegas!

4.00Great time! Felt safe. Wish the Pilot had given more tidbits of interest/ info during flight. The audio would cut off the beginning of each pre- recorded tract. Snacks were lame… champagne was good though during our touch down

5.00This was so worth it!!! I would do it again in a hearbeat! The flight was so smooth, and beautiful. Everything went seamlessly. Our pilot, Nick, was personable and had a nice playlist for us to listen to during the flight. We took Meclizine before the flight to make sure we had no motion sickness, and we never did. It was all just perfect!

2.00While the beauty of the Grand Canyon cannot be denied this is hardly a luxury experience. Let’s begin from the very beginning. We were picked up from our hotel, a 10 minute drive, one and a half hours before the tour and greeted with “Boy, you’re really early.” When asked why we were picked up so early first we were ignored by Herve. Another staff member gave some lame excuse about sparing us a long wait in the bus. A simple “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” would have been nice. An offer of a coffee or drink would have been better. So we waited. The other passengers arrived about 30 minutes before boarding. Our pilot Ben was very nice. The flight was fun and the views were impressive. However, there was absolutely no commentary. No information about what we were seeing. This was a real disappointment. The stop in the canyon was impressive but screw top sparkling wine and pretzels are hardly the lap of luxury. All in all I’d recommend looking for another option.
