Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

5.00Very professional with great communication. Amazing views of not only the Grand Canyon but the Hoover Dam and the strip as well. Good attention to safety made everyone comfortable. Our pilot was great and very informative. Landing in the Canyon is a very cool experience. A great day.

5.00I’m very uncomfortable with heights but did not want my partner to miss out on the tour - so I made myself go too. And wow - I’m so glad I did, it was incredible. Definitely the highlight of my trip this far. First 5 minutes I just concentrated on breathing, then slowly was able to slip into the moment and let my fear go, bit by bit. (Still held on very tight to my partners arm though 😊 ) Our pilot was great - fun, attentive, informative and very safety concious. 100% recommend for all who have the opportunity to go, you won’t regret it I’m sure 😊

5.00We had done this tour once before, but it had been 12 years and we were eager to see the Grand Canyon again. This is a perfect way to do it. The tours are well organized, the helicopter experience is just the right amount of flying, sight seeing, time on ground, and learning about the area as you go - and the soundtrack was perfection.
The time of our lives !! We loved it.

5.00It was Great ! Our pilot was very fun and professional. She explained lots of things and landing in the canyon was amazing. We will never forget this experience and will be doing it again. The company is very organized and professional. Even the coach drive that picked us up was happy and professional. Very good people. Very relaxing and easy way to see parts of the Grand Canyon we could never see any other way.

3.00Our tour was canceled because of weather. 15 minutes before our meetup time. Our hotel pickup was canceled so we took a cab to the meetup location. We were in the cab when they called. It would be nice if they call it a little sooner. Our cab ride to and from location and plus it let us from doing anything else that day. Wasted a whole day. Call it sooner when you know the weather isn’t optimal.

1.00We had a scheduled flight starting at 2:30 today. We had received texts that the pick up point had to be moved from the Venetian Hotel where we are staying to the Treasure Island because of road construction That was confusing because our taxi had no problem dropping us off at the Venetian the night before. It was raining this morning and the forecast said rain throughout the day and 9 mph winds. I texted the office in the am to say I was concerned about flying in the weather conditions. They assured me they took safety very seriously and were monitoring the weather. We were supposed to meet at Treasure island at 1:20 to be picked up by Maverick Helicopter, so we began walking in the rain about 12:20. The streets were waterlogged and by the time we got to Treasure Island we were soaked from our feet to our head. At 1:06 we received a message that the trip was cancelled! I asked The Maverick driver why it wasn’t cancelled this am and why they waited till minutes before pick up time to tell us? I asked for a ride back to the Venetian (about 5 min drive) as we were standing in the rain and she reluctantly agreed. She had absolutely no trouble driving to the Venetian Hotel.

5.00Absolutely a wonderful experience, the sights are incredible and our pilot was very informative. I would definitely recommend this to see the Grand Canyon from a different viewpoint that is once in a lifetime.
