Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.
Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

5.00My family was looking for some excitement on our trip to Las Vegas and Maverick Helicopters was recommended. We were so happy that we made the decision to take the helicopter trip. We did the trip to the Grand Canyon with a landing in the canyon. It was expensive but it was so worth it. My kids are 9 and 6 and they loved every minute. The youngest doesn’t like roller coasters or drops but she wasn’t scare by anything. You land twice so we all got a chance to ride in the front and the back. Our pilot did a great job with everything. He was very informative if you had questions but also let you enjoy the flight. The views are stunning and it was cool to get a chance to spend a little time in the Grand Canyon. We will have to go back to the canyon because my kids loved exploring. It was cool to see the Hoover Dam and Lake Powell.

5.00A breathtaking experience worth the price you have to pay for it. Certainly a different perspective with knowledgeable staff, professional pilots and top of the line equipment. Landing in the grand canyon was certainly the greatest thrill. Seeing the strip from the air and the sphere as well was magnificent.

5.00The pilot and the trip is worth every penny. Its long tour with 2 stops in total (one at canyons and one for refueling). Someone who is dilemma of weather they should put so much money or not... my opening is go for it and just make sure to check weather.

Our pilot, Chase, was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely comfortable the entire time. His flying was incredibly smooth, and his commentary added so much to the experience—we learned a lot while taking in some of the most breathtaking views imaginable. Chase clearly loves what he does, and it shows. Seeing the Grand Canyon from the air was already incredible, but the landing inside the canyon took it to a whole new level. It felt surreal to be surrounded by such massive beauty and quiet grandeur. The views were jaw-dropping, and the whole experience felt once-in-a-lifetime. Maverick Aviation runs a top-notch operation. The staff was welcoming, organized, and professional, and everything felt safe and well-coordinated. If you’re considering a Grand Canyon flight, this is the company to choose. We can’t recommend Maverick Aviation—and especially pilot Chase—highly enough. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip and a memory we’ll cherish forever!

5.00The views were amazing. The Helios allowed my husband and I to see everything we wanted to see with the Hoover dam and experience of landing in the Grand Canyon and walk around . Plus there was champagne! The pilot we had was very nice and went with the flow. It is pricey but worth every penny! If you are tight ont Time and want a quality experience, this is it! The helicopters are in good working order, the facility is clean and pleasant. There is a nice gift shop and photo opportunity. The bathrooms are clean. There is a shuttle to take you back to your hotel if desired. Staff is friendly and informative. I will book with Maverick again in the future!
