Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg or 21 stone) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour.

The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)

There is a maximum capacity of seven (7) people per helicopter, plus your pilot.

Per FAA regulations, all passengers 18 years and older will be required to show photo ID such as a driver's license or passport at the time of check-in.

Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, wheelchairs are not able to be accommodated.

It was a lot of fun. When I called 730 the night before they were open, answered any questions and very courteous and professional the ride to the Maverick building was very clean And on time very convenient very nice professional driver. Getting to the Maverick building and checking in for the Helicopter ride was very clean. People were very pleasant and professional, quick courteous. I really enjoy the gift shops. The bathroom was very clean. The whole building was very clean the helicopter Was very clean and nice. The pilot was professional, courteous friendly. The facts about the Grand Canyon from the headset was very interesting and the music was great not a negative thing I could ever say about Maverick well worth the money.

Very cool experience, no hassles or anything, great feeling flying over the canyon with some top tier rock songs playing through the headphones.

It was my first time in a helicopter. And my first trip to the Grand Cayon. It was an incredible experience! Levi had a great playlist to enjoy while pointing out noteable points of interest. And the champagne was great!!

It was one of the most enjoyable, informative, and adventurous experiences I've ever had. The pilot was extremely knowledgeable and answered a wide range of questions, from highlights along the route to the operation and mechanics of the helicopter. The group included a diverse range of passengers, from young children and preteens to senior citizens. The pilot ensured that everyone felt comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and safe way to spend a few hours exploring one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
