Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark the bus.
Buses equipped with a lift are based upon availability and might not be available. Should a bus equipped with a lift be required, a three day advanced notice is required, and you must contact the local tour operator immediately after booking to confirm your request.
There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
No personal items such as mobile phones, cameras, backpacks and purses are allowed on the Skywalk; complimentary lockers are available for storage
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.

After hotel pickups are finished you will depart immediately to Grand Canyon West. Travel time between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon is around three hours each way. Your driver will provide an expert commentary along the route, returning you to Las Vegas in time for a night out on the town. All vehicles are climate controlled and equipped with reclining seats, video monitors, restrooms and over-sized windows.

5.00Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful to us on our trip to the grand canyon and hoover dam. Very friendly. He took some nice family pictures for us that will leave us with many memories. He is very good at what he does.

1.00False Advertising and Bait-and-Switch Scam I highly advise everyone to avoid Gray Line Las Vegas. I paid a premium price of $634.06 for two people to take the "Grand Canyon West Rim by Luxury Limo Van" tour, which is advertised with high-end Mercedes Van photos. Instead, we were picked up in a regular bus—the exact same service provided to passengers who only paid $205.00. When I contacted customer service, they admitted the vehicle was not a limo van but claimed the bus was "luxury" because it had leather seats. This is a blatant bait-and-switch. They offered a "goodwill" refund of only $65 per person, which doesn't even cover the $120 per person price difference between the luxury package and the standard bus tour I actually received. This company is knowingly overcharging for premium services they do not provide and then refusing to refund the difference when caught. Do not use this service. They are misleading customers and their "luxury" labels are a lie.

1.00First of all the diver didn't wait for 10 mints while pickup I can understand that it's not his fault. But while dropping off he didn't drop at the booked place he drop at the srltrip and said he will not drop at the hotel which I booked for. Have to pay another amount to taxi to get to my hotel.

4.00Reason for not giving it 5 star is that they could ve planned to give more than just 3 hours time at the Rim. With long queues in the restaurant 3 hours didn’t feel ample.

5.00The only thing that would change would be for him to be more specific about not accompanying the group on the tour beyond the parking lot, so that people would pay more attention when he gave the instructions.

The only thing that would improve is that it was a little briefer and more concise with the instructions at the entrance to the Canyon, because it is very detailed in the explanations and it may not be so easy to process so much information in a short time.

4.00The comfort of the tour was exceptional. Our driver was very knowledgeable but the finding of the pickup was difficult. We came via public transit and sharing a pin would have been extremely helpful instead of the junctions.
