1.00Booked a day trip for Grand Canyon. Very poor communication. Expected to be picked up at 6 am at our hotel, unable to contact tour operator for exact location of pick up at hotel. No show. No reply to message sent night before. Then told by Viator would need approval from tour company for refund.

5.00We have a great driver and well informative tour guide (Curty). Great experience. The only thing I don’t like is the food. Besides. Being a lunch box we have to it in the box which is very uncomfortable.

5.00After my first tour was cancelled (weather). I was booked on this tour. Curty was my guide. Got to see lots of the sites and gave some history about the area. Even helped take some photos which is always helpful when solo. Bus was comfortable. A great way to see the Grand Canyon without having to worry about driving.

1.00Excursion cancelled because the bus broke down. An operator called the night before the excursion and cancelled. It seems this happens quite frequently. It is probably time to get a new bus!

1.00We booked this trip on 30th October for 26th January and were looking forward to it greatly. The day before the trip we received an email to say it was cancelled. There was no explanation. This was extremely disappointing to us as we anticipated this being a highlight of our vegas trip. However , we were able to book another tour immediately with Comedy on Deck for the same price. They were fantastic , we had a great day and I would have no hesitation in recommending them instead of Grand Canyon Destinations.
