Unfortunately our most disappointing experience in Vegas. - We booked several months in advance, but when I called to confirm the day before (as instructed in the booking), I was told they might need to consolidate flight times & asked if we were flexible. It’s stated in the listing that bookings can be canceled if not enough people sign up - totally understandable, but we had organized our flights/paid for early hotel check in to make sure we could fit this in, so we really couldn’t change the time. The operator said they’d call back with more info later that afternoon. - Several hours later, we were called back and told no one else had booked, asked the same questions about our availability, and told we’d be called back in the morning (the day we landed in Vegas) with more info. - I ended up calling in when we landed in Vegas the next morning, because it was ~3 hours before our flight time and we still had no confirmation. We were told the driver would pick us up at 12:15. - At 11:45 the driver calls to tell us she’s 2 minutes away - we hustled to make it downstairs but everyone was clearly irritated at having to wait on us. None of this is a huge deal by itself but after paying over $1000 for this experience, the communication portion was highly stressful and frustrating! This would have been fine if the experience itself had lived up to expectations but unfortunately it didn’t. I want to be clear that the following is really not the fault of this particular company - but there is a HUGE difference in what your experience will be if you’re placed in the front of the aircraft, vs. the back left, vs. the back right (where we were). For the folks who got to sit in the front, I’m sure this was a once-in-a-lifetime thing - but for us, all of our views were either blocked by the other passengers’ heads/phone screens, or a dark plastic area/hatch on the right side window. With the time of day of our flight and where we were sat in the aircraft, the glare on our window and the dark plastic made getting any nice photos pretty much impossible - again, not the fault of this company, but wanted to share our experience in case you’re hoping to take nice photos or make the most of the incredible views. The best views I had were seen through the iPhone camera of the guys sitting next to the pilot - the landscape was stunning but I would’ve loved to have a better view for myself! Sitting in the back was also so physically uncomfortable it bordered on painful - if you’re over 5’6” or a size medium, there really is not enough space to seat 4 people in the back. Neither my partner nor I are petite people, but we are both comfortably under the stated weight limit - so if you’re at all a larger person or have any degree of hip/sciatic pain, I would strongly recommend skipping this excursion. I know seat assignments are important for balancing the aircraft & keeping everyone safe. That doesn’t change the fact that if you’re unlucky enough to be placed in the back middle, your experience will be significantly worse than if you’re directed to sit in the front, despite paying exactly the same amount of money (and perhaps more, if you booked in advance/didn’t get a last-minute deal). Basically, you’re gambling $1000+ to either have an amazing experience, or to be left so stiff and uncomfortable that it’s difficult to walk, with mediocre views/photos to show for it. Everyone we met in person was perfectly nice and our pilot was informative and welcoming - but if I had known about the wildly different ways the tour could go, I would not have taken this gamble.

Beautiful scenery helicopter was a little tight for me as I am a big guy but it roughly an hour and a half flight so I was good and stunned by the view as our pilot give us a little history and great flying. Loved the ranch that we stopped at so much beauty and beautiful horses. U could do horseback riding or shooting range. Feel like a real cowboy as we told stories and listen to a real cowboy who worked on the ranch his whole life and sing western songs. 10 stars 👍🏽

They were very punctual both on the tour of picking us up and starting the flight. What we didn’t like is that the pilot practically didn’t talk the whole trip, if he made two slight comments, this made the flight boring and tired.

The most amazing experience. The pilot was professional, informative and put us at ease. The time we choose at 4.30 pm was the best time as it went from day to night, we saw the sunset and the strip at night with all the lights.

We really enjoyed our trip. My partner had never seen the Grand Canyon and I’d never seen it from the air. However, we were a bit limited by the view. The Grand Canyon part was great but everything else was centered towards the left side of the helicopter seeing it and we were on the right behind the pilot. It was a little disappointing as we could see but not well things like the strip, the Hoover dam, Colorado river in the canyon itself. I’d still recommend it but avoid the right side where possible (we were allocated seats though). I’d still recommend it, we enjoyed just taking in the views

Worth the price / excellent experience. Sam, our pilot, was friendly and informative - but also gave you space to digest what you were seeing. Highly recommend.

The helicopter ride was fun and thrilling, to say the least. However, the pilot, Mad Dog, talked too much about his personal issues and it ruined the trip. He spoke about 10 percent about our trips iconic relics and 80 percent about his personal issues, which we all didn’t need to know. He was rambling about religious beliefs, wars, gods punishing humans and we all needed to pray every day. His personal ranting about life just ruined the trip all around. For a second there, I thought Maddog, had too much to drink or was high on something. To be honest, I would not recommend your helicopter company to any of my friends or family. Because I will never come back to your company for another helicopter ride. Hope you understand my disappointment on my very first helicopter ride.

Be ready for breathtaking views and great scenery! Our pilot, Mad Dog, did a fantastic job of explaining how Mother Nature carved the Grand Canyon!
