We came away a bit underwhelmed by the experience although we got to see everything we expected. Pickup, dropoff were both fine and efficient, as was the booking in. However, our pilot/tour guide could have been better - did not introduce himself by name and although relaxed and pleasant, and had safety first approach, have been on a lot more interactive tours than this. No passenger talked/asked questions for the whole trip as they were not really encouraged to do so and the commentary was ok but nothing special. It is not a cheap trip and just did not feel 5-Star.

If you never taken helicopter before then maybe a worthwhile experience, but not the best experience. The birdeye view of the grand canyon is fantastic but thats about it. We paid extra for the extended flight, but it seems that we get the same experience of the other party who paid normal price. Helicoper seating is tight for 6 people even for us with small frame. Christina, the pilot is nice but a bit on the quieter side and not as informative as the other reviews mentioned. It feels almost 'meditative' experience rather than an exciting one. The older driver who took us back to the hotel was the most exciting thing of this whole experience. Overall it was an OK experience.

Very fun and exciting. The ride is choppy a bit so be aware if you are prone to motion sickness. I loved it
