Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam

Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
You must provide your pick-up location to the operator at least 3 days before departure. If not received, the default pick-up will be: 06:30am Excalibur Hotel & Casino at Bus Pick up Area--3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.

3.00There is a smorgasbord of Grand Canyon tours and probably there is little to choose between them. There are 3 Canyon sites offered for tourist groups, and most go to the West rim. What you can do when you arrive is governed by the traditional owners. We were disappointed with our tour operator. They gave us a pickup address which was a hotel driveway, but described the pickup as being a site more than 100 metres away, around several bends and alleyways. When I tried to clarify the address, they sent me a photo, which was so old that it bore only fleeting resemblance to the most likely site. When I gave the correct address for the pickup site, I still got no clear answer. Then, despite their admonishments about arriving early, because the bus would not wait (and while the 3-4 parties kept checking every tourist coach as it arrived), their coach arrived nearly 10 minutes after departure time. Many unhappy passengers, none of us knowing if we were in the right place. We got on board OK in the end, but only after a long time of uncertainty.

4.00When booking the tour with Viator, I repeated several times, We Wanted The Skywalk, lunch, helicopter, pontoon boat. All was great until we were on site and told that it was the skywalk or helicopter. We were told it was an either or option. This was Not told on booking nor was it described to be a time factor. As it was, we arrived to Eagles Point with time to spare. We looked out over Eagles Point and of course it was beautiful. But we had hiked Angels trail at the Southern Canyon & we had seen the North Canyon. It was this trip that was going to complete our list, The Skywalk, helicopter & pontoon boat. There were few people (less than 80) viewing the canyon on the Skywalk. We were told we would have to pay! We paid a lot to do this excursion & would have skipped lunch to do so. It was wrong if Viator to cheat us out of this opportunity. They do owe us! On 2 prior occasions, during this trip, Biator messed up our excursion dates. One was Secret Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe bend. Our tour was on 9/12. When we arrived they indicated we were scheduled for 9/24. This was a problem that the on site company was able to rectify, as there was space for us. However, when we went to Kanab & attempted to get our tour to Peek-A-Boo canyon, we were pulled last minute from the vehicle & told that our tour was booked for 9/16. This was also a big problem! It was our last day in the area. Fortunately, they were able to rebook us in their 5:00pm tour. In both cases our tour tickets read for the dates I requested. Not 9/16 or 9/24 when we were not even in this state. How could Viator get things so wrong? We spent a lot of money with Viator. Some compensation is due for these mishaps & problems with the booking processes. I spent several hours of time on the phone with Viator for other problems with pricing in the course of the booking process.

4.00This was a great experience with Jessie as our guide but I will strongly suggest passing on the lunch at the skywalk at the Grand Canyon The food was terrible the lines are 30 minutes before you even get seated and the service even worse

5.00Eric was a great Tour Guide . He was very knowledgeable about the Grand Canyon and Hoiover Dam. Gave us alot of information. Gave us good suggestions on how to go about our tour in order to stay on time and make the best ofnour time. Leo was very professional about driving us around safe and sound throughout our tour.
Great- but don’t plan anything else the day of your trip!

4.00Great itinary- but timeline advertised was off. 30 minutes later start time and one hour longer. We g missed dinner reservations because of the late start and longer time.
