Children ages 2 years and up require a seat. Infants 23 months and under are considered a lap child. If Skywalk ticket is purchased, infants must be carried on the Skywalk.
Luggage and large bags are not permitted on this tour due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam
There may be waiting periods at any point or attraction due to weather or passenger volumes
Skywalk Policy: You may bring your mobile phone onto the Skywalk, but all bags, cameras, and other personal items are not allowed. Complimentary lockers are available for secure storage. Please note: During your visit inside Grand Canyon West, backpacks and large bags must remain on the vehicle while you explore each site.
Hotel pickup is available for this tour/activity. Depending on the hotel, buses may not be able to access or enter every property. In this case, pickup may be redirected to a central bus stop or nearby hotel. Exact pickup details will be provided to the guest upon reconfirmation with the local tour operator.
Children age 6 and under require to use the car seat during the trip. Please have your own car seat/booster if possible. Please contact with tour operator in advance if you need more help.
For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a reachable phone number is necessary for participants.
For individual special needs, we may not be able to guarantee it. For special reasons, please confirm with the tour operator whether your special request is feasible after your booking is confirmed.
You must provide your pick-up location to the operator at least 3 days before departure. If not received, the default pick-up will be: 06:30am Excalibur Hotel & Casino at Bus Pick up Area--3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
By selecting an option and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the tour's full product description, including all details about itinerary, included and excluded fees. Your payment indicates your acceptance of these terms.
For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus.
Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour.
For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft (if option selected), passengers weighing 300 lbs (136kg) or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat (or demnied boarding). Any additional fees are payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. If boarding is denied, you will receive a refund for this portion of the tour
A minimum of 2 passengers is required for the West Rim Airplane Tour to operate. Availability is limited, and flights may be cancelled due to weather or low participation.
As our buses are not lift-equipped, wheelchairs must be stored in the luggage compartment, and guests will need assistance from their companions to board and disembark.
Reminder: During the period of November 17-25, 2025, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas/Bellagio Hotel & Casino/Horseshoe Las Vegas, these sites will be cancelled,Please choose an alternative site when booking.

5.00The tour exceeded all expectations, thanks to our exceptional guide Charles. He was informative, funny, and shared fascinating insights on Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, and the Grand Canyon throughout the day. The smaller bus made all the difference—intimate group size instead of a crowded large bus, allowing for a more personal and relaxed experience. Arriving at the Canyon was truly a "wow" moment, with ample time to soak in the breathtaking views at Eagle Point and Guano Point. Highly recommend this operator for anyone visiting from Las Vegas.

5.00Our tour guide was Edward, and our driver was David. Edward is a 5 star guide. I’ve only been on a couple of tours, but I wanna say he’s very on point. He’s very funny, knowledgable, informative, and he’s particularly smart, tactful, respectful, and effective. He got everyone back on the bus on time safely and smoothly every time we got off, with very clear and clever instructions on what to do, how to navigate the canyon and how to manage our time, ensuring everyone had a smooth and great time, and at the same time creating an amazing enjoyable mood and vibe on the tour bus. He knew where the best spots for photos were, and offered to take photos for every single one of us. The coach is very modern with spacious and comfortable seats. The pick-up location was easy to find. The entire ride was a hundred percent smooth with no hiccups at all, thanks to our driver David. Definitely recommend them. No need to research further. Have a good one. 👍

5.00My husband and I were celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary in Vegas and decided to do the Grand Canyon tour with GC Tours to have a memorable experience. Definitely add the Skywalk to your tour...totally worth the additional $30. The tour was amazing!!! The company operates very efficiently...from reservations and customer service to planning the site experiences. Our tour guide, Edward, was very knowledgeable, sharing history and great fun facts along the way. He has tones of energy and a cool vibe. Our driver, David, was equally hospitable and a very excellent driver, handling the curves, inclines and declines with grace. 100% recommend this tour and the crew (Edward & David).

I booked internationally, and their communication was outstanding from start to finish, they stayed in constant contact to confirm details and keep me updated every step of the way. The tour itself was spot on. Edward and David were incredibly informative throughout the entire day and really brought the experience to life. They also went out of their way to help capture photos at key locations, which was a fantastic touch. The bus is fully equipped with Wifi and there were good rest stops there and back. If you’re looking for a great day out to the Grand Canyon, I can’t recommend this tour group highly enough. Thanks guys 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5.00Edward was our guide and David was our driver. David was great at navigating the roads and handed us bottles of water when we got down. The ride was smooth. Edward provided us with lots of information about the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam, peppered with jokes along the way which made the trip very enjoyable! He also helped our family take beautiful pictures while we were at the Grand Canyon. We had a great time and would surely recommend this trip to anyone looking to have an awesome day at Grand Canyon West Rim and Hoover Dam.
