Had a great time! Yes, it was a looong day, so do not plan to do anything before/after the tour. We were able to stop at the Red Rocks in Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon just south of Flagstaff, Route 66 in Williams, and of course the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The views were UNREAL. Our driver/guide, Kenny, was very knowledgeable and you could tell that he really enjoys doing this. I'm hoping that if I come back for another tour during warmer months that he is my tour guide again. Areas for improvement: -Van audio/mic: it was low and "feedback-y", I sat in the very back row and had to ask for our driver to turn on/up the mic twice. It's hard to hear the guide especially once the vehicle is cruising on the highway. -Van climate: The van seating was overall uncomfortable (or maybe it was just my seat?). I sat in the back row and felt even the smallest of bumps and thumps. For January, the inside of the vehicle was cold as well. After leaving the outside 30-degree weather at the Canyon it would've been nice to warm up in the vehicle. -It would be helpful to add to the "Additional Info" section a heads up to visitors that they should pack a heavy/thicker coat and hat/gloves when planning to tour during the winter months. The "dress warmly" tip was only mentioned later in the the email confirming my spot on the tour. -"E-tip" option: Cash is king but the more options to tip our guides, the better. I spent all my cash on gifts on the way up/down and didn't have any to give driver at the end. It would've been nice to be able to use Cashapp/Venmo/Zelle/etc to tip him. My tips for anyone planning to book: -Pack your own snacks. While we did make a few rest stops along the way, we made no restaurant stops nor had time to sit for an actual meal until we were dropped off at the Bright Angel Lodge in the GC. This was around 3pm and was approximately 7 hours after we left Phoenix. -If going during a holiday weekend, expect to wait in line for over an hour just to get to the pay window where you enter the park. I went over MLK weekend and we were in line for well over an hour. So, by the time we actually were able to get out and walk around, we only had 2 hours to explore before having to be back at the van. I recommend either going on a Monday-Thursday or finding an overnight tour option if you want more time in the park. *Viator may not have included my message formatting. I had spaces/paragraphs. Sorry in advance if this looks like one large paragraph :) *

Had a fantastic day trip to the Grand Canyon! The bus was comfortable, with regular stops for restrooms, and our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. I truly enjoyed the experience—the breathtaking views were absolutely worth the drive! The only thing I would have liked was a bit more time to explore the Grand Canyon itself.

I thought it went well. Pick up was on time, our guide was knowledgeable, and our guide also helped with taking photos. Drop off was also on time.
