5.00Seamless pick up and drop off service. Professional yet relaxed customer service and care. Ben the pilot instilled confidence, and hid knowledge about the Reef was exceptional. Best introduction to the topography and and biology of this area. 10/10

5.00I visited Cairns and did a couple of the tours, Mossman Gorge, Green Island, Daintree Rainforest and this tour was by far and away the best one of the lot. I've taken lots of pictures and videos, and even looking back they don't look real! You HAVE to do this tour if you're visiting

4.00The experience itself flying over the Great Barrier Reef was beautiful. Wished weather was a little better but still saw the beauty of the reef & its glory. The collection & drop off was good along with the safety brief. Only criticism we had was our guide on our flight, didn’t catch his name (it was not Ben, but the American fellow) as he was not engaged & thought he was slightly rude to the other couple that traveled with us on our flight. We had little commentary during our flight & upon the completion of our flight, we each had to take photos ourselves with the plane. With other companies we had flights with in other experiences, we were always offered photos by the pilot or their colleagues. If I had traveled solo, I would have had to do a selfie as this pilot disengaged while we took photos of one another (with the other couple) & he was on his mobile. Another small suggestion would be having 2-way communication on the flight. We had a few questions to ask during the flight but of course, we weren’t able to. We would definitely do this flight again, however would prefer another pilot.
