After booking a trip to Airlie beach with the family, after not having a holiday together for 3 years, to say we were very excited about a trip out to the Great Barrier Reef as a family would be an understatment. But upon arrival to the terminal, of which we were 2 mins late so our fault there, we saw other passengers walking on the wharf to the boat so we thought great we are safe to get on the boat, we were stopped by a rude staff member explaining that the boat was leaving and we missed it. Um no, there were people literally 20 meters in front of us walking to the boat still, not boarded walking to the boat. Long story short, they would not let us on the boat, staff at the terminal, who were also rude, would not do anything to help us out. So if you are planning a once in a lifetime trip with your family to the Great Barrier Reef, this WOULD NOT be the company i would go with.

Perfectly organised day out on the reef! We were picked up from Airlie harbour and taken out to the pontoon. On the 2 hrs trip over, we had to opportunity to book guided snorkel tours, helicopter flights and hire GoPros, which was super helpful and meant we didn’t waste time while in the reef. All staff were lovely and helpful. I highly recommend the guided snorkel tour!!!

It was an awesome day out. The catamaran was clean and spacious. The crew were always very helpful. Lunch, Morning and afternoon tea was all very yummy. Bathrooms were clean n tidy. I noted crew often going in with a mop or cloth.

Horrible boat, choppy seas make everyone vomit, then the cabin stinks and they serve the food. Average food. Very boring 2 hours to the pontoon, 4 hours on the pontoon doing nothing aside from snokling and 2 horrible hours boat ride home. Avoid this company. Very old boats bad food and just a boring over priced day

Cruise Whitsundays service out to the reef was very good and takes about 60-80 minute trip there and back each way. All snorkeling gear was supplied part of the ticket cost, only extra cost was for scuba diving. And lunch was supplied part of cost also. You stay about 3 hours out on the reef on the pontoon. We boarded on Hamilton Island, and it picks first up from Airlie Beach.

this was a cruise ship excursion. Definitely worth it! The underwater sub viewing of the reef was better than I thought it would be. Take motion sickness med if you are prone to that for the 2 hour ferry ride each way. The snorkeling is awesome! Not to be missed! Lunch was served on the boat. They offer gopros for rent or you can buy pictures photographer takes underwater of your group. They provide all gear, including wet suit and stinger suits.

Rode a boat for about three hours to our Snorkel location. We saw great views of the Whitsunday Islands and Hamilton Island. I liked that they offered us to see an underwater aquarium, a glass bottom boat tour and snorkeling as well as lunch which is why it was a package of highlights. The Glass Bottom Boat Tour allowed me to see coral reefs and fish. The snorkeling allowed great views of the coral reefs and they also took photos of us snorkeling which they allowed us to buy to form core memories.

Rough weather, multiple people sick on trip. When we got to the reef, the current was running fast ,and it was actually dangerous to go into the water. It was not the most relaxing experience! Trip should not have taken place on the day we went, with warnings from the weather bureau of high seas and strong winds. I discussed this with the office and they went ahead despite all this . just be warned! My advice is not to book ahead and check the weather before booking the trip.

Well organized , and what to say you can snorkell on the reef ; a wonderful place . We managed to see many humpback whales along the way. During the stop on the platform you can relax and admire the view. Top experience
