  It was an amazing tour, we saw plenty of corals, turtles and 2 sharks! Spent much longer in the ocean than we initially expected. Definitely worth it. The crew was also amazing Joel, Cattlin and captain Aaron. It also came we a surprise karaoke performance at the end 😂🎉!

  This incredible all day guided snorkel tour was led by not one or two but THREE marine biologists. Janel, Hailey and Skipper Mandy answered all of our questions and made the experience educational, professional and fun. We saw turtles, a reef shark, squid, lots of Nemos (clown fish) and so many species of fish and coral. We had excellent supplied snorkel equipment and access to healthy food all day. Plus a few decadent desserts. Soft drinks were an extra nominal charge. If you want a booze cruise, go elsewhere. If you want to truly experience the Great Barrier Reef then come here. This was the trip of a lifetime, where a bucket list becomes a treasured memory. Thank you Reef Adventures!

  Absolutely unforgettable experience on the Great Barrier Reef! 🌊🐠 The whole crew was incredibly friendly, fun and professional from start to finish, creating such an amazing atmosphere all day long. We loved that the group was smaller, which made the experience feel much more personal and relaxed. Great music, good vibes and stunning scenery everywhere. The reef itself was breathtaking — we saw beautiful coral, so many colorful fish and even a sea turtle, which was such a magical moment! The snorkeling spots were incredible and the water looked unreal. The food was also delicious and everything was so well organized. You can really tell the crew genuinely cares about giving people a special experience, not just another tour. Definitely one of the highlights of our Australia trip and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns! 💙🐢✨

  Great experience, we had Maddy, Hailey and Eleanor as our guides and they were amazing. We spotted some turtles and they were great with their fun facts :) The lunch provided was great, we got sandwiches, muffins fruit and other little snacks. Only downfall was you had to buy the water as there was no complimentary water provided

  Amazing tour! So many different sea creatures and very informational tours. The captain Danny and the two tour guides Elenor and Hayley I think were there names were phenomenal at spotting different wildlife in the water and being the friendliest people ever. Felt better afterwards knowing it’s a newer family run business

  Great trip out to a couple of different spots at the reef. Only 20 guests on board with the tour run by Dan (the owner of Reef Adventures) and the in water guides Eleanor and Hailey. Really, really good.

  This was absolutely the best snorkeling experience we’ve had. Our guides were so knowledgeable, the coral was the highlight! Fabulous array of beautiful fish. Don’t miss this!

  The absolute best crew, full of knowledge and fun! Hayley, Elenor and Lincoln made our trip unforgettable! Hayley has the most knowledge I’ve ever seen and her passion for the animals and reef makes the trip so lively! I greatly appreciate that they’re a family run business with an emphasis on reef preservation and care. There’s no better company to book with

  We unfortunately arrived in the morning to hear that the weather was too windy to go out in the small group boat we had booked. The team was super apologetic about the situation and immediately arranged to refund our money. Additionally, they had made arrangements with another tour company with a large Catamaran to take us and honour the price we paid with Reed Adventures. They also escorted us to the ticket window of the new company and waited to ensure everyone who they had to cancel was looked after. It was a bad situation that they went above and beyond to make right. I could not ask for any more what a stand up group. My only regret was not being able to tour the reef with them because, based on their cancellation service, I could only imagine the tour would have been phenomenal. Thanks again for your efforts given the unexpected weather.

• Small group, family feel, and fun

  We snorkeled two sites in the outer reef, which were spectacular. It was a small group (25 people max) which was great. Our guides and skippers (the owner and his daughter) were so friendly and helpful and constantly checking if everyone was happy. They were genuinely concerned that everyone enjoyed their day. They provided snacks (fresh fruit and lamingtons) and a lunch and they took care of dietary needs (I requested no red meat). They took music requests on the way back to Cairns. If I’m ever back in Cairns, I would book this exact tour again. I really liked how it wasn’t crowded and the staff paid so much attention to their guests. Highly recommend!!!
