  We unfortunately arrived in the morning to hear that the weather was too windy to go out in the small group boat we had booked. The team was super apologetic about the situation and immediately arranged to refund our money. Additionally, they had made arrangements with another tour company with a large Catamaran to take us and honour the price we paid with Reed Adventures. They also escorted us to the ticket window of the new company and waited to ensure everyone who they had to cancel was looked after. It was a bad situation that they went above and beyond to make right. I could not ask for any more what a stand up group. My only regret was not being able to tour the reef with them because, based on their cancellation service, I could only imagine the tour would have been phenomenal. Thanks again for your efforts given the unexpected weather.

• Small group, family feel, and fun

  We snorkeled two sites in the outer reef, which were spectacular. It was a small group (25 people max) which was great. Our guides and skippers (the owner and his daughter) were so friendly and helpful and constantly checking if everyone was happy. They were genuinely concerned that everyone enjoyed their day. They provided snacks (fresh fruit and lamingtons) and a lunch and they took care of dietary needs (I requested no red meat). They took music requests on the way back to Cairns. If I’m ever back in Cairns, I would book this exact tour again. I really liked how it wasn’t crowded and the staff paid so much attention to their guests. Highly recommend!!!

  Bucket list activity, so beautiful and enjoyable despite the rough seas making for a very sporty ride. Crew was excellent, kind, helpful and observant Appreciated the photos being available Catered to my vegan dirt which was also appreciated Thanks for an excellent day

• Awesome morning on the reef

  Tour was amazing. Conditions were very choppy but our amazing guides (Hayley, Joelle and skippers Diego and Maddy) gave us a fantastic experience despite the conditions. They all knew their stuff and were so helpful throughout the morning. We got to see some of the corals and fish of the reef and also spotted some dolphins on the way out. Couldn’t recommend Reef Adventures enough

  I felt safe with my family in there hands.I had some trepidation but was quickly assured. Joelle,Maddie and Aaron were top notch! I appreciated that we could utilize life jackets to feel more secure. We had a great day!

• Up close and personal with the reef

• I have a broken shoulder. I showed up and showed it to them but they charged me(?) That is totally unethical- call them!

  Amazing experience. 100% worth it. Highly recommend the full day experience as you get an opportunity to check two different sites. By the second immersion you are more familiar with the environment and gear and can deeply enjoy the breathtaking underwater views. Great crew, always prioritising people’s safety and wellbeing. The smaller fast boat makes the experience feel more adventurous than the massive boats you’ll see around.

  Katlyn , Maddie and Sam Diego 😜were fantastic hosts. They were all super attentive and informative With great knowledge of The Reef. I have never had a Hosted snorkel tour before and was very happy I did. They pointed out things I would have missed and swam right by. You can tell this is not just a job for them as their passion for the reef shows. Lots of great pictures and lots of fun. Thank you for helping me tick off a huge bucket list item. If I ever make it back I will definitely do it again.

  We booked this tour because of the 5 star rating and excellent reviews and we have no regrets. Kaitlyn, Diago and Maddie were awesome guides. They were high energy and passionate about what they do. Very knowledgeable about the reef. Diago was really helpful when it came to ensuring our masks were on properly which is so important. Thanks for turning the boat around so we could see the dolphins! Being able to go to two sites was also a bonus as they were quite different even though they were relatively close to one another .
