  Excellent tour, which I readily recommend. Many components deserve "quality"praise - client communication, scope & interest, historical explanations, scheduling, bus and sound system.   We had the best time. We were picked up from the hotel by Rachel and the fun began. She was so much fun the whole trip. She spotted kangaroos and pulled over so we could take pictures. She also would get out every stop and show us things or take pictures for us. She was very knowledgeable about the area. We saw a koala bear (she helped us spot) and lots of cockatoos. The views were spectacular. This tour was long with a lot to see. I loved it. Rachel was very patient and made it so much fun for all of us.   This has been a memorable trip, with Woody, our tour guide, at the helm (and wheel). He was funny, informative, kind and full of great anecdotes. Highly recommend! Left at 11am so we didn’t have to rush in the morning and back by midnight.

  Rachel made the day perfect for us with her safe driving, extensive local knowledge and funny sense of Australian humor. She made a rainy day outing perfect and we managed to see most of the sights, the Great Ocean Road with the 12 Apostles despite the weather. She did a fantastic job and our group bonded well because of her.

  The tour driver Rick was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and kept us updated about everything and the prep we needed.

  Very nice tour with many informations during the way. Was on time and adaptable. It was a mini bus for 20 people and we were 15 pax, confortable. Our guide Rick is a great driver, despite coast roads. He is very passionate and amazed by how Victoria is, we can definetely feel his experience and trying his best to make us laugh ;) Love Tom & Eva Hollywood story ✨ The only point is the sunset was shy today but not something that the guide could predict how mother nature wants to do. Thank you Go West, to Rick and all the fun people met today. Tips: choose seats on the left (door aller side) to have better view of the coast scenery
