Evi could be regarded as a Greek local who has been taught the art of cooking and caring from her past generations. She now lives with her family, in a cute house where she spends time preparing her culinary creations.
Her passion for cooking, has bloomed since her early youth and she never stopped experimenting in the kitchen.

The menu consists of all the dishes that are mentioned and described below. Also, guests will be served: 1. Two Glasses of Red – White Wine per Person Greece has an abundance of winegrape varieties, many of which date back to Antiquity. 2. Greek Coffee, Loukoumi and Mastic Liqueur The traditional Greek coffee, a strong brew, is served with foam on the top (kaimaki) and the grounds at the bottom of the cup.

5.00Evi was so heartwarming as a host, and though I ve been myself cooking for 50 years, I really enjoyed all her dishes. Bread kneading with all her secrets revealed to us, I really enjoyed my visit there!

5.00We went to Eri's brunch as a group of four friends. It was so fantastic, that I think I can not properly describe it! I could not imagine how many dishes we would try and all of them were so delicious, reminding mom's cooking. Also, Eri explained so many things to us about the food and the Greek culture. We have attended other cooking classes too, but this was an experience with character! I definitely recommend it!
