The Asian woman in front of the check-in counter was incredible aggressive and rude. Not just to customers coming to her window, but others as well. Tour is more of a glorified bus route. Tour guides were actually fantastic! The towns were cute and scenic.

It’s a great trip with wonderful tour guides. To me, the time in Grindelwald was a little long but that could just be me. I appreciated the bathroom stop on the way there

It is a good tour to include during your time in Zurich. Interlaken is beautiful and spent enough time to enjoy the scenery. Grindelwald is the icing on the cake for this tour but you should make the mountain climb via cable car to the mountain top at 7100 feet high. The only downside is that we weren't impressed with Lauterbrunnen visit and although our expectations were high, there isn't much to see.

Both Roberto and Paolo were very good. Paolo, was an excellent driver and was able to easily drive to the windy roads. Roberto, was very knowledgeable of all the places that we went to. He was also very entertaining as a tour guide. Definitely would recommend this excursion for anyone who hasn’t been to any of these places.
