This was a highlight of our trip for sure!!!! This was such an amazing way to see the Alps. Everything was a dream! We saw waterfalls, hiked, had amazing food, and Anour was great! We had just flown in the day before and it was great having a private car to take little cap naps between stops. One of the best things we have ever done!

Carlos took us to some of the most scenic places on earth: He was informative and personable the entire day. To see Giessbach Falls, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen in person was incredible and stunning! What a day!

Carlos is the perfect guide! Knowlegeable, patient and kind. He went out of his way to explain things, answer questions and help us. The trip was all day and he made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our many questions. ENjoyed every minute of our amazing trip through the Alps!

Carlos our driver/guide was attentive, and sensitive to each traveler’s needs. Informative and as much a companion as guide. Even with some drizzling rain we enjoyed the scenery with a comfortable van. Carlos is a people person.

Anouar was our driver and guide on May 12. We were picked up punctually at our hotel, and there was another couple, making up only 4 guests for a private tour. The Mercedes van was comfortable, and Anouar spoke good English although it was difficult to hear him clearly from the back. He did not provide continuous commentary but answered questions from us. All the stops were well chosen and we had enough time at each stop. The falls at Lauterbrunnen were spectacular and he led us to a spot where we took nice pictures. He also offered to help take photos for us. At Grindelwald, we chose to take the gondola to the top to view the Eiger and do the cliff walk. Anouar was helpfully monitoring the weather at the top with a live webcam feed before we arrived so we knew what to expect. We were only in Zurich for two days, so this tour is ideal for seeing the Swiss countryside and the Alps. The drive to the Interlaken area and back takes about two hours each way, depending on traffic. We chose this tour even though it was more pricey, as we rather not be in a big coach with 40 other people where too much time is used for getting off and on. Highly recommended.
