5.00Recently completed the Best of the Alps from Zurich Tour with our guide Elia - and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our entire experience - from booking the Tour, completing payment, coordinating pick up times and the Tour itself - were extraordinary!! The communication throughout the process was exceptional - responses received within hours, clear and precise instructions and always helpful hints/tips which made our Tour even more wonderful!! What can we say about our Tour guide Elia?? He was simply the BEST!!! He also was extremely diligent in communicating with us and the day of our trip was so stress free - Elia was so easy to deal with throughout our journey!! But beyond the communication, Elia made the trip a once in a lifetime excursion because he really tailored the trip to fit our desires and dreams for the trip!! We knew from the start - let Elia determine the best course of action and everything would be perfect!! And the Tour itself?? I do not have enough words to say how great it was to be with Elia!! His local knowledge was impeccable but even more important he was so personable it was like we were traveling with a long-lost friend!! And the decisions he made as to our stops - local bakeries, scenic outposts, beautiful hikes - were ALL perfect. And Elia's efforts with regard to our picnic require special praise and thanks!! First, the food selected by Elia were incredible - local, fresh and delicious!! And despite of some breezy conditions, Elia went above and beyond to make our fondue perfect!! Did I mention the location for the picnic - again Elia went above and beyond to a find a quiet location with a view that was beyond description. The picnic was truly above and beyond. We offer our HIGHEST recommendation to use MySwissPanorama for your tour of the Alps - and we suggest highly - you do what we did - let them determine the best course of action for your journey!! And certainly, we would recommend that you ask for Elia - you will not be disappointed!! Elia is a real treasure, and you will not be disappointed. 5.00We had a beautiful day trip into the Alps from Zürich. Joshua was informative and took us to our honeymoon spots that we hadn’t visited in 40 years - Lauterbrunnen and Murren. He also made sure our adult kids got on the right train to travel further up in the mountains for an extra day of skiing. He also made us a tasty awesome raclette lunch. It was a fun, beautiful day.

5.00Our tour was incredible! We had the best guide, Manuel, who was knowledgeable, professional, kind, helpful and had so much charisma. He even made us a cheese board and a chocolate cake! We highly recommend not only using My Swiss Panorama, but it’s a MUST to ask for Manuel.

5.00We greatly enjoyed this excursion! While we didn’t have much time in Switzerland during our vacation, this was a must-do for our family. Our guide Christina was very friendly, informative, and provided an A+ experience throughout the trip. We highly recommend this day trip to anyone else looking to see the incredible scenery in Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, and Isetwald.

5.00Nicole was the best guide ever! She was fun and extremely flexible. The snacks and lunch she prepared were sooo good. We prefer small quiet, less touristy places in the Alps and Nicole knew just where to go. Highly recommend her!

5.00Most amazing day in Switzerland. Out of the way and so much beautiful scenery that you would not see visiting the big cities. But what made the trip extra special was Elia our guide. He was so knowledgeable, respectful, considerate and funny. Please ask for Elia. It will be a wonderful day filled with so many memories. He also is always ready to take pictures if you like. Just an amazing day. One we will never forget.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our all day tour of these beautiful areas of Switzerland with our guide Elia, and we HIGHLY recommend him to make your tour memorable and amazing. He showed up promptly to pick us up at our hotel in Basel and greeted us with his friendly and caring demeanor. He loves his country and truly cared that we learned and enjoyed every minute of our day touring. He knew his facts about the country, made the most amazing food for breakfast and lunch, and he treated us to the most beautiful spot on one of the pristine lakes near Interlaken to enjoy it. He allowed us to stop as much as we wanted for picture breaks or restroom stops and was extremely accommodating. His kind spirit allowed us to enjoy every minute and he helped us create memories we'll treasure for a lifetime! Definitely book Elia and indulge in the nicest tour experience.

5.00Elia made the day extra special! Not only was he very knowledgeable, his goal was to make our day a memorable experience! And…he did! The views in both Lauterbrunnen with all the waterfalls and Murren with the mountains peaks were amazing! The ride on the aerial cableway and the picnic lunch were extra fun. Elia knew the perfect spots for photo shoots and took wonderful photos of us. I told Elia he should be a professional photographer. What a perfect day filled with a ton of memories! Thanks, Elia!

5.00This was a wonderful experience and a great way to see a few different areas of Switzerland. Nicole, our guide, was stunning. Knowledgable, kind, and so fun to spend the day with. She really allowed us to make the most of the day by tweaking the itinerary to meet our interests. And including a traditional Swedish lunch at the base of a waterfall really made for a perfect day. I cannot recommend this tour enough.
