Grace Bay Beach
Board our vessel for your snorkel and beach getaway and make yourself comfortable as we set out on one of the most fun adventures available in Turks & Caicos. You will be picked up on Grace Bay Beach and then cruise along the North Coast of Providenciales, enjoying the views while relaxing and looking out for dolphins and other marine life. We will head out to the Barrier Reef for our snorkel stop. Follow one of our experienced local guides on one of the most beautiful guided snorkel tours as we snorkel and explore the Leeward Reef, one of the healthiest living reefs in the Atlantic. You will see the usual residents like Snappers, Groupers, Sergeant majors, Trigger fish, Barracuda, Needle fish and sometimes Sharks Rays and Turtles. Leeward Reef is part of the Turks and Caicos Barrier reef network which is the third largest barrier reef system in the world. *All timings are approximate, in water snorkelling time is usually approx 45 mins
Half Moon Bay
After snorkeling we cruise over to a beautiful beach where you will be able to visit the native rock iguanas found in only two places in the world. Our guide will take you inland on a guided adventure to see them and also to search for other creatures like baby turtles and baby sharks in the shallow lagoon. This beach stop location is dependent on weather and sea conditions and can be Half Moon Bay or Little Water Cay.

5.00We had fun and loved this experience. The weather was amazing and made it special. The food provided was plenty (delicious fruit and good sandwiches) and also the drinks (lot of options). The boat was big and fun with good music. The only think we didn’t like was the snorkeling because we barely saw fish.

5.00Top notch crew! My family of 4 (2 kids under 8) had the best time! They were courteous and kind- even waited for my family and I since we got lost getting to the meeting point. In the words of my 8 yo son, “so many adventures, best day ever”. It was great, snorkeling, iguana island and the sand dollar cove. We would highly recommend and will be returning! Loved the crew!
Disappointing Experience and Zero Customer Service

1.00We booked the Leeward Reef, Half Moon Bay, Iguana Island, and Sandbar tour for 4 adults and 3 children less than 24 hours in advance. The forecast showed sun, but we woke up to black skies and heavy rain. With three small kids, we asked to reschedule by one day—not cancel—because the conditions were clearly miserable and would be uncomfortable for them. There was plenty of availability the next day, yet Ocean Vibes refused, repeating the 24-hour policy and offering no flexibility or customer care. We reluctantly went anyway as this trip cost us $1300 Canadian, and after an hour-long ride the operator announced that snorkeling at the reef was unsafe due to pouring rain and 5-foot swells. This validated exactly why we had asked to move the tour. Instead, we were taken to an alternate site (a shipwreck) where we saw only a handful of fish—nothing close to the reef experience their tour advertises. Half Moon Bay was also cancelled, despite the weather having cleared when we were meant to go. 2/4 scheduled stops did not happen. We contacted Ocean Vibes through Viator, explaining the situation and requesting a full or even partial refund for the portions of the tour that were not delivered. They declined both. They were paid in full for an experience they did not provide. Viator did give us 10% back as a gesture of goodwill, but the operating company flat out refused any compensation, This is also not a family-friendly tour. There was lots of drinking on board (It was an 8:30 am pickup) and one of the guides was even dancing with and filming two tipsy ladies. Very little information or guidance was provided at Iguana Island or at any other stop, or just along the way. We were also taken to the sandbar at high tide, when it was barely visible. As you can see from the photos below, the sandbar is basically not visible (water was up to my 5 year-old's thighs!) Overall, this tour was extremely disappointing. Poor customer service, no flexibility, unprofessional behaviour and a refusal to acknowledge that the majority of the advertised experience was not provided. I would not recommend Ocean Vibes to families or anyone expecting a properly delivered tour. Easily the worst excursion we have ever been on.

4.00This was a super fun day! The captain and support staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The snorkeling was rough. You can't control the weather and it was windy with large roller waves. Waist life rings were provided if needed. The guide patient and made sure everyone felt safe. Once the snorkeling portion was over (45 min), alcohol was served and a good selection of beer and mixed drinks were available. The sandwiches were nothing special. They also served fresh fruit. Next stop was Iguana Island. The tour guide took us on a path and called out to the Iguana's. We saw many. Next stop was Sandbar tour. I think this was the highlight of the tour. Many, many shells and sand dollars were found by our group. All in all, this was a great day and tour!

5.00Absolutely the highlight of our trip. Angelo, Jay and Reggie were our crew and they were so much fun! We loved how varied the stops were. The vibe was low key but fun. The sites were one thing, but the crew absolutely put the experience over the top! We saw iguanas, baby sharks, and the most colorful fish and coral you’ve ever seen. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone coming to Provo.
