Please note • Cable Car Operation: The cable car does not run on Mondays or the last Tuesday of the month, and may be suspended in bad weather. On such days, the visit to the Millennium Cross is replaced with a panoramic stop at Mid-Vodno reached by mini-bus.
If choosing the 1-hour boat tour to Vrelo Cave, there will not be enough time for lunch. We advise bringing snacks or packed food in high season.
Children are welcome. However, children under 4 years are required by law to use a child safety seat, which we do not provide on group tours. If traveling with small children, we recommend a private tour where a child seat can be arranged.

Skopje Fortress Kale
The Skopje Fortress, commonly referred to as Kale, is a historic fortress located in the old town of Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. It is located in Centar municipality and situated on the highest point in the city overlooking the Vardar River.
Millennium Cross
Millennium Cross on Vodno mountain in North Macedonia. It is located in the northern part of the country, to the southwest of the capital city Skopje. The highest point of the mountain is at Krstovar peak, on 1066 meters and the submontane is on 337 meters. Cable Car Operation: The cable car does not run on Mondays or the last Tuesday of the month, and may be suspended in bad weather. On such days, the visit to the Millennium Cross is replaced with a panoramic stop at Mid-Vodno reached by mini-bus.

5.00Olivia was an incredible tour guide, so knowledgeable and friendly! We got the perfect weather and were so lucky! The views from the top at the millennium cross were INCREDIBLE, like a fairytale above the clouds! The village was very quiet with nothing much to do but the canyon was beautiful and worth taking the boat ride to the cave. Wrap up as it can be very cold on the boat!

5.00Great way to explore the nature. I had a great experience and guide was very nice and knowledgeable. I really recommend take a tour unless you rent a car and drive yourself then you can do it by yourself . I travel alone and not always like to rent a car so this tour was perfect for me

I also thank Vlad and other guide, I don't know his name anymore (but he was born in May, and his wife was born on the same day as me in May). These two guides are also super nice and pleasant. 4.00We participated in the tour in 3 with a group of other Italian guys known at the time and other Portuguese. The guide, Olivia, told us a lot, maybe too much. Unfortunately the weather was not the best and with the fog we did not enjoy the view from the mountain but the boat ride to the cave was very nice. There are not many places to eat and there is not much time if you choose the boat ride, so I recommend packed lunches.

5.00I was part of a group of eight people — we came from the UK, France, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, and Croatia. Damir was our guide, and throughout the tour he shared fascinating facts and stories about the history and present-day life of Skopje and its surroundings, enriched with his own experiences. He also gave us great tips for restaurants, where to buy burek, and more. The excursion was excellent — I highly recommend it.

5.00I had an absolutely spectacular experience in Macedonia! The tour was very well organized, and our guide—who goes by the nickname Golden Ghost (I don’t recall his actual name)—was incredible. He was so passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging, which made the whole trip unforgettable. I went on two tours with GetYourGuide, and both guides were amazing, making me want to visit Macedonia again. The views at Matka Canyon were breathtaking — I enjoyed every single second! Highly recommend!
