  I was traveling from Yerevan Armenia to Georgia Tbilisi and I booked a minivan through Tripadvisor and I’m so happy that I booked this right because the van was very clean with beautiful music,very comfortable and affordable.the driver name was Valer he was almost a tour guide as well.   Arranged 2 trips, from Yerevan to Tbilisi then back from Tbilisi to Yerevan. Arrangement done through WhatsApp. First trip from Yerevan to Tbilisi the driver left me at the border control in Georgia. He was very nervous and angry from the moment we started the trip itself. The border officer took around 30 mins to check my documents but this must be taken into consideration by the transport company. Before reaching the border he already stopped few times to smoke and then 25 more mins for another break. Fortunately I had internet and texted Anna. She arranged a next transport for me from the border to Tbilisi. Return trip went fine, no delays and the driver was very friendly. So it all depends on the driver and his mood. Some are very friendly and few are arrogant. Anna kept checking if everything was fine, if i reached safely. So this company rely a lot on Anna and her amazing customer service. I trusted them for my second trip only because of her and I knew she would help if needed.

  For a very long time I have been searching and choosing how to get from Yerevan to Tbilisi and I don't regret choosing this operator. The trip was as comfortable and calm as possible. Arranged in advance for me to have a seat in the front. There was no problem. We got there fast, there were no accidents on the road. The driver is kind, sympathetic. The girl who recorded me called back, made sure everything was okay. There were a couple of stops in good places for a 15-minute rest. Car Mercedes sprinter, air conditioning, clean and comfortable.

  Very good transfer service between Yerevan and Tbilisi. Anna is really responsive and makes things very easy for foreign travellers as she communicates everything in great detail. Our driver was very nice and made sure we were safe at all times.

  Everything went fine, and I would definitely recomend Go To Trip Armenia transfers to someone who prefers to be in Tbilisi from Yerevan in 6 hours, rather than in 10 hours by train. Staff is very responsive, and make sure that everything is fine prior and after the trip. It is a truly good value for money. Five ⭐️ service!

  Amazing service!! Even though there were some hiccups, Anna and the service is perfect. This is the best way to travel between Yerevan and Tbilisi. The drivers dont all speak English, but the communication with Anna through whatsapp is great. Also, the drivers are very professional and friendly.

  Really smooth and easy trip from Yerevan to Tbilisi. Everything was well organized, and communication was great — we got all the details заранее, so it was easy to find the meeting point. The car was comfortable, and the driver was calm and professional. The border crossing went quite smoothly too. Overall, a very convenient way to travel between the two cities. Would definitely use this service again!

  Had it not been for the fact that the tour operator seems to have addressed our concerns by relieving the driver of his duties, I would've given a rating of a 1. However, from what I was told, the driver is no longer with the company. - Our first issue was that the driver was rude. - Second issue was that while we recognize that the driving in Georgia & Armenia is not what we are accustomed to in the US, we'd been in a number of vehicles prior to this transfer, enough to recognize that his driving speed was excessive and felt very unsafe. - Third issue is that the driver pulled off on the side of the road TWICE to smoke a cigarette. - The final issue was that there was an issue at the border that was the result of the driver using a new passport for the first time and it didn't match his old passport number that was on the border paperwork. This is something that the driver and/or transport company should've known to handle ahead of time. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours at the border with no certain time of resolution, we paid over $50 USD to hire a taxi to take us the rest of the way to Georgia.

  I had a fantastic experience on this shuttle, and the shuttle from Tbilisi to Yerevan. From the get-go, Anna was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. I have been on my fair share of shuttles / Flixbuses etc but this was a stand-out experience. Very convenient pickup and drop off locations, no complaints
