5.00Very good transfer service between Yerevan and Tbilisi. Anna is really responsive and makes things very easy for foreign travellers as she communicates everything in great detail. Our driver was very nice and made sure we were safe at all times.

5.00Everything went fine, and I would definitely recomend Go To Trip Armenia transfers to someone who prefers to be in Tbilisi from Yerevan in 6 hours, rather than in 10 hours by train. Staff is very responsive, and make sure that everything is fine prior and after the trip. It is a truly good value for money. Five ⭐️ service!

5.00Amazing service!! Even though there were some hiccups, Anna and the service is perfect. This is the best way to travel between Yerevan and Tbilisi. The drivers dont all speak English, but the communication with Anna through whatsapp is great. Also, the drivers are very professional and friendly.

5.00Really smooth and easy trip from Yerevan to Tbilisi. Everything was well organized, and communication was great — we got all the details заранее, so it was easy to find the meeting point. The car was comfortable, and the driver was calm and professional. The border crossing went quite smoothly too. Overall, a very convenient way to travel between the two cities. Would definitely use this service again!

2.00Had it not been for the fact that the tour operator seems to have addressed our concerns by relieving the driver of his duties, I would've given a rating of a 1. However, from what I was told, the driver is no longer with the company. - Our first issue was that the driver was rude. - Second issue was that while we recognize that the driving in Georgia & Armenia is not what we are accustomed to in the US, we'd been in a number of vehicles prior to this transfer, enough to recognize that his driving speed was excessive and felt very unsafe. - Third issue is that the driver pulled off on the side of the road TWICE to smoke a cigarette. - The final issue was that there was an issue at the border that was the result of the driver using a new passport for the first time and it didn't match his old passport number that was on the border paperwork. This is something that the driver and/or transport company should've known to handle ahead of time. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours at the border with no certain time of resolution, we paid over $50 USD to hire a taxi to take us the rest of the way to Georgia.

5.00I had a fantastic experience on this shuttle, and the shuttle from Tbilisi to Yerevan. From the get-go, Anna was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. I have been on my fair share of shuttles / Flixbuses etc but this was a stand-out experience. Very convenient pickup and drop off locations, no complaints

5.00I booked the transfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi and everything went perfectly. Clear instructions were sent in advance, the meeting point was easy to find, and the van was modern and comfortable. The driver drove safely, and we had several sanitary stops along the way. The border crossing was easy and well-organized. Excellent service for a fair price — I would definitely use this company again.
