  I booked this excursion based on a few good reviews. This is my honest experience. I received my ticket via Email January 2ND with information about my excursion. This Email stated the excursion was at 10 AM and to meet at the meetup spot 30 minutes prior to check in. plain and simple right? Come January 3rd me and my family made our way off the ship wondering around the port looking for our guide due to the lack of information on the meet up spot i even attempted to call the number given on the app when you press contact tour operator and was not able to reach anyone. We finally found our guide at 9:35 and we were told the boat already left. They also had to search around to find my info. This let me know they were not aware of having a family of 6 with reservations for the first boat departure. I was told to come back at 11:15 to catch the next boat. This was not a big deal, so we went and killed an hour or so exploring the port. during this time, I checked my emails and noticed a separate email changing the meet up time to 9 AM witch I received in the middle of the ocean and did not have service. I feel like this should have been sent with the first email the day prior. Going forward my family and I arrived back at the meet up spot at 11 just so we didn't miss this window again, as we arrive and waited, we were told the boat that was supposed to get us at 11:15 is running late due to technical difficulties , come 12:15 or so the boat finally showed up. we make our way to the island, and the boat ride was beautiful. as we arrive it was around 12 :40 they told us we have to leave at 2 this was verry frustrating as we paid 480 dollars for a boat ride and hanging on an island for an hour. Swimming with the pigs started at 1 PM so me and my family scarfed some food down, the food was actually really great I love Caribbean style food. we ran over to swim with the pigs, and this was fun, a bunch of pigs of all sizes running around like crazy eating carrots. now comes the depressing part, this island was nasty, there was trash and broken chairs all over the place it looked like someone went dumpster diving for tanning chairs and piled them up on this beach. anyways we found a few chairs and enjoyed the beach for 30 minutes or so and had to leave. I'm giving this poor review for lack of communication, poor upkeep of the island, and simply not getting my money's worth.

  

  

• Underwhelming pig experience

  We were underwhelmed with the pig experience. The boat picked us up at 12:00. The website said it was a 30 minute boat ride, but it took a full hour. The boat ride was enjoyable and the scenery is good. We arrived at the island a little after 1:00. As we were getting off the boat we were told our pig experience was scheduled for 2:00 and the boat was going to leave at 3:30. We lounged around the beach and bought their lunch. The food was good. At 2:00 they handed out cups filled with carrots and long sticks. They released the pigs and they ran down to the beach to eat. We never got to swim with the pigs. We were standing in less than knee deep water. After 10 minutes they put most of the pigs back in the cages. They left a few small ones out to take photos. We then took the boat ride back to the drop off point. We had fun with the pigs - but it was a very brief part of the time we were there.

  You get off the cruise ship and get on a tour boat, for a 1 hour boat ride to an Island. At the island we swam on a private beach. They had canoes and kyaks to use for free. They then call a group to over to feed and swim with the pigs. That lasts for about 10 minutes. Every 15 or 20 minutes they do it again. Then you get back on the tour boat,stop at a spot that has turtles and then go back to the cruise ship in plenty of time to get back on your cruise. I paid about $50 in advance and they are charging $125 on the pier. It was worth $50, I would not have been happy if I paid $125.

  The communication was excellent and it was easy to find our tour. We boarded a boat with about 25 others and enjoyed a ride through the stunning blue waters to the island. The tour guides were lots of fun and gave us a tour of homes on the return trip. We were able to see several sea turtles in Green Bay. The beach on the island was amazing--crystal clear water and a nice beach to walk along with very few people. Most enjoyed swimming with the pigs but we chose skip that. Highly recommend this tour!

  The boat ride to the island was amazing! The beautiful blue water, and the brief mention of the celebrities homes as we passed by was nice too! Once we arrived we got to feed the pigs, take pictures with them, and then we had the entire island to ourselves, which was amazing! We got unlimited access to snorkeling, kayaking, and water trampolines! We got the food and drink package, the food was good, but didn’t know the drink was for a non-alcoholic beverage but we bought a mocktail and cocktail anyway to support their small business. It was well-worth the price! Great experience! Kind staff too!

  I would definitely rate this experience a 5/5 especially given the price compared to other companies, The boat ride was beautiful, they had water activities, the pigs were big but friendly and the food was bomb ! A lot of places just had burgers or something but they had real food rice, wings, curry chicken, mac and cheese etc. But you may want to pick the earlier time because by the time we got there, there wasn’t much left to eat for the day. The crew was great shout out Tio, Gio, & Goodie. They made sure we had a safe and fun experience

  

  

  

  

  

• Pig Meet and greet

  It’s far from the ship 45 minutes and we stopped to pick up more on the way. There’s no beach. It’s a sandy area to get into water. But pigs are kept in a pen then released into the water. You get a cup of carrots to feed them. Won’t do it with this company again although they were all nice as could be

  This was awesome and worth every Penny. I would recommend water shoes but other than that the private area on the island was beautiful and clean and it felt private. The interaction with the pigs in the water was super cute! Raymond was clear about our time to leave. The boat that chartered us there was fun! Highly recommend and I would do it again! They provide kayaks which was fun but they are strict on wearing the life jackets which is good. They also provide snorkel gear.

  Wonderfull boat trip beatiful island and fun interaction with pigs. Friendly guide and relaxing setting. What was not nice was the unclear and faulty directions from where to board the boat. Because of it our trip was shortend by an hour at least. Once we connected they were very helpfull getting us to the right place. On the way back they droped us off right at the cruise port

  It was a great trip with incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to make it as enjoyable as possible. The food was good, and the trip wasn't overcrowded.
