  We were on Carnival Horizon and decided to take this tour. It was great!! They were on time picking us up from the port and had our names on a sign so it was easy finding where to go. Bonaire is a very beautiful and interesting Island and Alberto (I believe that was his name) did an excellent job showing us around and giving us the history. We saw all the highlights of the Island. It was really hot, so it was a huge plus that we were in a nice air conditioned van with free wifi!! I was so glad we did not rent a golf cart! The people in golf carts that we rode past looked super hot!!

  Extremely nice tour with wonderful information. My mother and I were the only ones on tour and our guide was extremely attentive. He helped us take photos and provided us with a lot of historical information. He explained everything thoroughly and was very kind to stop many times for us to take photos. This is a family run business and we learned a lot from our guide - personal touches about his life gave us a splendid eye opening experience.

  The van was a little crowded, but we knew that from reviews. The tour provides a good overview all around the island. Alberto was our driver. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and a good driver.

  Do not hesitate to book this excursion! They meet you with a sign with your name right outside the cruise terminal. We ended up being the only people in the air conditioned van. We made frequent stops (about 6 or so), and had a wonderful tour with history of the island. We even got two free bags of salt and went to a distillery to taste cactus liqueur. People who booked a similar North/South tour through the cruise excursion said their bus was packed with people, and they only stopped once and they didn’t get to do the things we did or take pictures. Highly recommend this tour- we would do it again!

  Our driver and guide were Alberto & Poppy. We were with two other couples in a nice A/C cooled new van. From the cruise port, we travelled northwest along the coastal beaches to 1000 steps, saw a pink flamingo sanctuary, drove north to Rincon and interior, stopped at a Kadushi (cactus) distillery, saw typical houses of the rich and poor, turned south to see salt ponds harvesting by Cargill Inc., turned back towards the cruise port to see former slave huts. Highly informative with frequent viewpoint stops for pics.
