Amazing wild Penguin viewing experience, we were able to see hundreds of penguins making their way back to their nests. There is a short walk to the viewing platform, bundle up for 1+ hour outside. Hosts were very informative.

Absolutely brilliant, initial talk telling you all about the penguins and some history of the area. Then taken down to a viewing platform to wait for the Penguins to come ashore. November is a great month to see little blue penguins we saw over 250 penguins.

We had a fabulous time! We all enjoyed the presentation and learned a lot about blue penguins and a bit about the history of New Zealand and the area! Then watching the penguins come a shower…what a hoot! So glad we did this!

A little chilly, but so worth it to be that close to see the Little Bliue Penguins. The guides are very knowledgeable & they move everyone around so all can see & experience those cute wee penguins coming home at night...

Excellent presentation before the outdoor viewing. Penguins came to shore and everyone got a chance to view them. Wish there were some lights and an EXIT sign in the parking lot to guide us to the street afterward.
