  A very unique and fun experience! Highly recommend. We felt very safe throughout, all instructors were friendly and helpful, and the berry drink was delicious. With the encouragement and guidance of Mikko, I climbed the full wall in the first try. I’m still in awe of that achievement and the view was great from the top - thanks a lot for that experience! Few tips: - Bring short jacket otherwise won’t fit with security equipment. - You will get two climbs. If you’re a couple, see if you can take turns climb one of the times, so you can take photos of each other. - Quite a few (fairly technical) instructions at the start. Listen closely but don’t get overwhelmed - the guides will help you during your climb too.

  We booked onto the Ice Climbing at Pyha as a family of two adults and 5 year old. It was absolutely brilliant. Artturi and team were so welcoming and kitted us all out in boots, helmet, crampons and harnesses. We had a comprehensive demonstration and briefing on the safety and techniques of ice climbing around a fire with warm berry juice. We each had two climbs. Artturi was absolutely fantastic with our 5 year-old and so encouraging and helpful. The ice climbing was brilliant, it felt adventurous and safe. It's an absolutely beautiful setting too. Highly recommend this friendly and exciting experience.

  Joonathan was our guide. He was very patient and encouraged my 13-year-old son, my 5-year-old daughter and my wife to excel. We all appreciated the professionalism of our 3 escorts. I highly recommend this activity.

  Brilliant experience with very accommodating staff, we did this experience with our 7 & 10 year old who both really enjoyed it and were given the time to climb at their own pace! Truly unique activity recommend for those adventurous families!

  First time ice climbing, so naturally we didn't know what to expect, but this experience, especially with our guides(Jhonatan and Sergi) was amazing! Every step and detail was explained. We felt very safe and secured throughout the entire climb. The instructions were very clear and helpful for us first time climbers. The equipment wasn't brand new but it was exactly what we needed, and fitt properly. Overall the atmosphere was very good and we enjoyed every part of the experience including the small talk in the pre and post climbing...time flew by quickly. We highly recommend booking this and other adventures with them.
