Favorite days in Cambodia was spent kayaking through the Green Cathedral in Kampot. A unique experience that really allowed us to surround ourselves with nature and appreciate the Cambodian jungle.
I know what you must be thinking, "You can kayak through a Cathedral?" and the answer is yes, but not the type of Cathedral you're thinking of. It's not a large stone building that is used as a house of worship, but instead a small river loop trail on the edge of a national park. The sunset view is stunning and peaceful swimming as well.

5.00The tour was fine. Sunset was beautiful. But kayaking through a river of rubbish is absolutely unpleasant and horrible.

5.00We loved the location especially after the kayaking which went for an hour and was not too hard! Shame about the rubbish in the water. The sunset and lighting up of the area as it darkened was magical. I recommend this tour.

5.00Absolutely fabulous, loved the whole adventure. Picked up right on time, an hour or so easy kayaking around a local loop, chance to swim in the river before chatting with the locals over beers as you watch the sun set.
Tranquil calm and relaxing paddle along a quiet stretch of the river.

5.00It was only me and my guide on this late afternoon sunset paddle which was perfect. We could go at my pace and take photos whenever something caught our eye. It’s an easy paddle of about 5km and very shaded due to the palm fronds.

5.00The kayak tour is a lot of fun and a nice way to spend the afternoon. During our tour it rained a little bit but it was still very nice. Our tour guide, Phallah, was very kind to write to us before the trip and coordinate our pickup. He also provided raincoats and mosquito repellent. He took nice pictures, answered our questions and at the end, we had coconut water by the water, looking at the sundown. Very nice. Recommended.

5.00had the most peaceful and beautiful experience on the cathedral kayak tour with Phalla. He was an amazing guide—kind, knowledgeable, and patient. The tour lasted about three hours and was the perfect way to enjoy Cambodia’s lush scenery during the rainy season. Floating through nature, sipping a mango shake in a hammock by the water... it felt like time stopped. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing and unforgettable moment, this tour is it. Highly recommend booking with Phalla!

5.00Phalla took me and my friend round the green cathedral kayaking and the day after he did the countryside tour with us. The whole experience was amazing and phalla was an amazing guide and very good at his job!

5.00We had the best trip today with Phalla kayaking the Green Cathedral! He was a great guide, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. From the pick up at our resort, to the drop off, it was an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend this tour enough!!!!
