The King’s Walk is approximately 7.7 kilometers long and offers visitors an exciting and adventurous experience. At the beginning of the 21st century, the King’s Walk was renovated and rebuilt to improve safety and preserve its unique character, and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes, including the rugged gorges, the Guadalhorce River and the lush vegetation of the natural park. The Caminito del Rey is an unforgettable adventure for nature lovers, hikers and anyone looking for a unique and breathtaking experience in the heart of Andalusia, Spain. The King’s Walk is a one-way route, starting at Ardales and ending at the Jet. There is a shuttle bus service (price not included in the ticket) to return to the car park.

1.00Left out in the cold! 1 degree. We waited 1.15 hours on the guide on the meeting point on time. Couldn’t reach nobody of the organisation! Had to buy new tickets because the voucher wasn’t enough to get in. Guide had tickets! Staff of caminito del rey confirmed there was nobody there from visit daily tours. Tickets were half price at the door and tour was super guided too. Book directly and not through Trip Advisor is the tip!

5.00Superb experience at Caminito del Ray. Our guide Iris was so great with her humour and knowledge. This hike is a must see if you visit the Costa del Sol.
