You can enjoy the experience of a Guided Pony Ride in the tranquil setting of the Notwane Dam, home to an incredible number of different birds from White Headed Eagle to Kingfisher. Guided Pony Rides on the Premises of the NOTWANE EQUESTRIAN CENTRE (10 hectar) to the Waterfront; time for Picture-Taking; Riders will receive proper equipment (like Helmet), don‘t have to be experienced. Children age 3 and up are accepted. Before or after the Ride, at ZORRO‘s Restaurant one can relax, dine and enjoy a drink (or two). A sizable Playground for children is providing short-while for the children and tranquil time for the parents. Also, Rides outside the premises and into the Bush on Dirt Roads meandering through the Notwane area are possible (need to be prearranged). Two guest houses (1-bedroom) provide the opportunity to spend extended time on the premises and enjoy the riding and dining for more than just a short-stay.

1.00excellent activities but the host is very unorganized, and on-line booking felt spam. you really dont have choice to schedule your booking, only midnight 12:30 booking at the same day available. Once booked, you cannot cancel, because you donot have efficient 24 hours to do so. We have to text host to rebook the time you want to go. We have agreed the ride at 10am, but no one at reception, and also host cut our 30 minutes ride to 20 minutes, my kids were very disappointed. We were planning having lunch at resort. After disappointment, we left without booking meals. management needs improvement.

5.00A place with a farm life feeling in the middle of african nature on the Notwane River Dam. Exotic birds species amaze the observer. An excellent restaurant with fine food, guest houses for overnight or holiday stay, games for children and opportunities for pony rides and riding lessons for adults make a family outing to a big experience.

5.00Very beautiful place with a lot of flowers, trees, shadows. There are a lot of spots with tables... The restaurant is awesome, there is a wide variety of food. It's a great family place.
