  We arranged our Kayaking Trip online through TripAdvisor link. 4 of us booked. Two of us with kayaking experience and two beginners. We drove from Baska Voda down to Omis (50 mins) and met up with the guides, Antomin and his colleague. (Apologise for the spelling).... both were very welcoming, down to earth and friendly. We had a safety brief and then launched from a safe location into the Cetina river. The equipment is in good condition with personal floation vest issued. You dont need cameras as photos will be taken for you. The water moves steadily assisting you down river from the launch site back to the ocean at Omis. The journey through the mountains and the beautiful river wild life is memorising and relaxing. We were not made to feel under any pressure and went at our own pace which was nice. Definitely ask for kayaking guidance from the guides if this is your first rodeo. My only suggestion for the guides given the distance of the journey (6km) is the kayaks could benefit from seats, my back was struggling without the support but then I am a delicate little petal. This didn't take too much away from the great morning we had. When we reached the harbour we turned left around the point and entered the ocean and headed to the bay where we tied up to a bouy and swam around the wreck before paddling the short distance to the beach. If you have never launched into the water from a kayak before you may find getting back on board interesting! Not hard for the fit and able but you will require good upper body strength nevertheless. The guys then drove us back to the launch site where we settled up and said our goodbye's. A great experience and definitely not one to miss if you like the outdoors. Thanks for a great day guys.

  This was a wonderful way to spend a morning. Tony was thoughtful, interesting and attentive to our group. The kayaking was not too challenging and Tony told us about many things so it was physical and interesting. The snorkelling over the shipwreck was great at the end.

• Peaceful meander down the river

  Great tour, very peaceful kayak down the river. Guide had some good recommendations and had wetsuits available for those who wanted and lifejackets. Snorkeling is for those string enough to swim back to shore a couple hundred meters. Sadly the sea was too choppy for us to happily partake.

  This was our favorite tour/experience on our stay in Croatia. Our guide Tony(Toni?) was great. Super friendly and also tought us some ”fine tuning” on our paddle technique. We got picked up by the compamy owners girlfriend outside our hostel and had a lovely chat our our way to the river. The river itself is a true pearl. I’ve done some kayaking before but this beats it all. Crystal clear water, you can see the river trouts several meters under the Kayak rushing by. Great under water structure and just such a cool experience! We saw a cute turtle and quite a lot of wild life. Later the company owner met up with us and also gave us some fruit and juice for free. The only bad thing from this experience is that we forgot to tip our guide. We are so sorry Tony! If you are thinking about trying this tour or any Otter tour be this compamy im certain you will not regret it! Thanks! :)
