5.00Our guide, Ali, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. During our walk of Stonetown, he took us to all the major sights explaining the history in an engaging way. When we told him of our interest in architecture, he made sure to include additional buildings he thought we would enjoy seeing, and pointed out many of the famous doors. He went to great lengths to ensure we were comfortable at all times during the walk. We wholeheartedly recommend a walk with Ali as a guide!

5.00Ali, our guide was great. We were delayed arriving and informed him and he waited and it was no problem. A very pleasant and knowledgeable man, he told us a lot about Zanzibar and showed us many interesting places. We also saw the meat and fish markets as well as the spice and produce one, a bustling space with narrow walkways. It was extremely hot but he looked after us well. I would recommend this tour especially as it can be modified to one’s stamina!

5.00We took all our excursions (turtles, Mmemba, Stone Town, Nakupenda, Mikumi safari) with Ali which went very well indeed they organized these excursions for us with very professional guides who we really appreciated, particularly Nassir and Salum who were PERFECT during our excursions as well as the driver Sultan.
