Skip-the-line tickets to Westminster Abbey give you access to a priority entrance for groups. Entry during masses and special events is restricted. It is a place of worship so all visitors, including infants, should keep noise to a minimum. Access for prams is limited.
Tickets to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Palace and other attractions are not included in this tour.
There is no luggage storage so please do not bring extra clothing, umbrellas, large bags, suitcases, scooters, etc.
Pets are not allowed.
Be aware that it is a walking tour, so you should be in good condition and wear comfortable shoes.
This tour is not suitable for people with disabilities.
There will be a maximum of 20 participants.

5.0A fantastic experience to learn about the historical significance of Westminster Abby. The entire tour was both educational and enjoyable. Highly recommended. Julia our guide was extremely informative and articulate.

4.0Knowledgeable guide and entertaining, however, we wish she would have paid a little closer attention to walking abilities of everyone in the group (she walked really fast and as we had several elder members of the family in the group who are able to walk ok but cannot essentially power walk, we were left behind so many times). Also, while we loved hearing stories about the different tombs in the abbey (which is beautiful!) I think she could have skipped about 20% of the stories about lesser known figures (like several poets) to not lose the interest of the group.

3.0I really appreciated the pace of the tour - there was enough time to cover key points of interest without feeling rushed, and the transitions between activities were smooth and well-managed. However, some of the information provided was not factually correct. For example, it was mentioned that the icons in Westminster Abbey were presented by Putin, which is incorrect. There were also moments where the information felt incomplete or somewhat interrupted, which made it harder to engage with the historical context fully. That being said, our guide, Lucy, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Her energy and passion for the subject matter were evident, and she did a great job keeping the group engaged. With a bit more attention to accuracy and continuity, this tour could be even better.

5.0My partner and I had an incredible experience on our tour with Lucy! She was such a lovely and sweet lady, and her knowledge of London’s history was truly impressive. Lucy’s passion for the city really shone through, and she brought the history to life in a way that was both educational and entertaining.
