  I booked direct with Owens Taxis and Tours after a recommendation from a friend in Lusaka who said they were good, they could do everything we wanted and they were reasonably priced. They were right! We contacted them in advance and they created an itinerary for us which was easy for them to do. They collected us from Livingstone airport and drove us to our hotel and delivered us back at the airport at the end of our visit. They organised a guided tour of the Victoria Falls from both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides and dealt with the transfer across the border and the taxis throughout the day. We also did a half day safari in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park where we saw the rhinos, a sunset cruise on the Zambezi, a visit to the Elephant Café, and a fishing trip for tiger fish. Everything was well organised and ran as planned. Owens Taxis and Tours were easy to deal with from start to finish and made the logistics simple. They come very well recommended.

  We had a wonderful day at Vic Falls and Owen's Tours were very reliable, always on-time for pick ups, the drivers were welcoming and pleasant, and most of all we always felt safe. So we would highly recommend Owen's Tours and Safari's in Livingston and for Victoria Falls Town for any international visitors to the region.

  From pick up at hotel to the whole walk from Zambia side and Zimbabwe side have been seamless. We enjoyed the guided tours with fun informations and the break in between to have a restful lunch at the lookout cafe before we journey onto the Zimbabwe side. Owen and his team has good communication and we feel very well taken care of.

We appreciate everything you have done for us to ensure we have a lovely holiday. Thank you. Brian gets additional points, thanks to him and Oby. • Tour of the Zimbabwe side of the Falls from Zambia

  We were a group of 3 couples from Sydney, Australia doing a private tour of the Zimbabwe side of the Falls from Zambia. Everything went very smoothly from pick up at Livingstone Airport then a quick stop at the Avani Resort then onto the boarder crossings. Westin was our fabulous driver and he knew what to have ready and the forms to complete. Once on the Zimbabwe side we met our tour guide Mr B. He was great and had so much knowledge of the Falls and the history behind them and was able to answer all the questions we asked. Being a private tour we moved at our own pace and thoroughly enjoyed knowing about the best photo spots and what was coming up around the corner. It was much better having a guide rather than doing it all your your own. We would have missed out on all the wonderful stories and wasted time finding the best spots for rainbows. Thank you Westin, Mr B, and Owen's Taxi and Tours.

  Owen is very knowledgeable and willing to help always. We received very good pricing for all activities. Owen arranged the elephant horse back riding and also took us around Livingstone town. Owen went the extra mile and was willing to help with collection and town shopping even at short notice. We would definitely recommend Owen for all activity arrangements and airport collections. Whatsapp communication response is within 2 minutes.
