With this skip-the-line ticket visit a site that pays respect to the victims that lost their lives during the tragic events of the Second World War— Auschwitz-Birkenau. This former concentration camp during Nazi-occupied Poland has become a memorial and museum. On this tour, you’ll save time booking transport by having Krakow hotel pickup and drop-off included. Entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau are included, and you’ll explore the sites with an English-speaking guide to enhance your experience and provide commentary.
We will arrange for you the Auschwitz Tour (the trip included also visit Birkenau). An English speaking driver will pick you up from the Hotel/Hostel/Apartment between 07:00am and 09:00am (to be confirmed)

Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm

5.00Our trip to Auschwitz was seamless from start to finish. The journey to and from the location was well-organised and stress-free, with our taxi driver being extremely polite, punctual, and hospitable. The tour itself was exceptional – our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke with passion and sensitivity, making the experience both deeply moving and informative. Lunch was also well thought out, offering a nice variety to suit different tastes. Overall, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Highly recommended.
Must not miss the opportunity to tour Auschwitz.

4.00The transfers were well communicated, on time and the car was clean and modern. The tour itself is excellent, and the guide Theresa was wonderful. Very clear, respectful and provided great detail.

5/5 stars. The only way to experience Aushwitz.

5.00Couldn’t recommend this service anymore. Reserved 2 seats and Slawek contacted us the next day to confirm pick up time. Picked up from hotel in Krakow at 08:15 & dropped to our restaurant reservation at 15:30. Paid at the end of trip (both euros and pl accepted). I would recommend this trip specifically as: - No point doing Aushwitz without a guide, to understand what some of the ruins used to be - do Aushwitz & salt mines on different days as there is a lot of walking involved in both - this tour group helps you skip any queues & the driver is waiting to pick you up in the car park so no delays An unmissable experience!

5.00The driver was on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. He offered to drop us wherever we wanted to be after the tour. I highly recommend this tour organisers.

5.00Our driver Slawomir drove the extra hour to collect my family and I from our apartment, spot on time and with a beaming smile! He drove us an hour to the venue (stopping off for a quick detour to show us some added history and didnt even mind when we had to stop the car because of my Sons car sickness) The tour was incredible, extremely sad of course but so interesting and very well explained. After the first tour we had a quick break and wondered if we should get some lunch.... Slawomir appeared with four lunch bags and we were so appreciative. The second tour as you would expect was also tearful but so interesting and our guide was excellent! Get this though, we were even driven an hour into Kraków and dropped off in the city centre about 20 minutes from home to take in the City Square, a 20 minute cab ride home cost nothing and topped off an amazing day.... do yaself a favour and book these guys ASAP!!! Thanks fellas x

5.00We booked private transfers from our hotel to Auschwitz. The camps are very emotional but a must see. I highly recommend Krakow Discovery, I booked them through Slawek online, so easy and straightforward. The service was exceptional, I booked them for our private transfers from airport to hotel and back and also the salt mines. Each driver we had were fantastic, always on time and gave us alot of information on what to see and do. Couldnt recommended them enough, especially Gregg who took us to Auschwitz, the roads where treacherous, but he made us feel safe and also had us doubled over in laughter the whole way there and back again. The day we went to Auschwitz they closed it for a few hours due to the ice. There were hundreds of people queuing, if it wasn't for Gregg helping us, we wouldnt have got in at all. As soon as it opened again he managed to get us to the front of the queue so we had minimal waiting. Definitely don't hesitate with using this company. Claire
