The most enthusiastic and professional guides will guide you through this unique adventure in Andalusia and the whole Costa del Sol.
At the indicated time pick up at the different points of the Costa del Sol to leave for the town of Ardales. On arrival free time of about an hour to discover this village of Roman origin where the interpretation center of Prehistory is located and be able to have a typical breakfast of the area if you wish.
At 11:30, the local guide will take us to begin the walking tour of the Caminito del Rey, built in 1921 to commemorate the visit of King Alfonso XIII of Spain. From there we can see the impressive natural enclave that lies between the Sierra de Almarchón and the Gorge of the Gaitanes, crossed by the Guadalhorce River.
The route is approximately 7 kilometers, 3 of which are walking across a suspension bridge more than 100 meters high and built between the walls of the gorge.

Pick up at the different points of the Costa del Sol to leave for Caminito. Before doing the Caminito, we will enjoy free time of approximately one hour, to visit the beautiful village of Ardales.

We will begin the guided tour to Caminito, where our guide will accompany you along the walkways, bridges and throughout the tour.Once the tour is over, we will return to our pickup points.

A unique experience with great views throughout

4.00I would say this was a unique experience. I went on a day excursion from Fuengirola because I get a pick up from my hotel, though you can go independently on the train from Malaga if you wish. You will be given a helmet which you are obliged to wear all the time. If you have a guide (as we did) then you are given a radio with earphones so you can hear the guide speaking even if he/she is 30 metres ahead of you. Its about a 10km 3-4 hour walk following the river but the views are wonderful for the whole walk. There is a picnic area at the end with vending huts serving low cost hot and cold snacks/drinks and meals. This tour is obviously no good if you are scared of heights.

5.00This was a great experience. It is one off my bucket list. My friend and I went in September this year it was brilliant and the guide was really informative. A long walk round but well worth it what a lovely place.

5.00Great day out, was picked up from Fenugirola, so we had to pick people up in Malaga, which meant it took over 2 hours to get to Caminto del Ray, just so your aware however the guided walk was amazing

5.00Great experience,communication about collection was brilliant the walk itself was beautiful the guide explained everything from start to finish, All round fab experience We stopped at ardales on the way back for a sandwich.personally I would have just liked to have returned back to resort from the walk,but also understand that the call at ardales brings money in for the village,
