Lousy organization never set the times well or do not respect them, In the first cenote (suytun) you stay less than 40 min although they promise 1 hr but of course, they take you with the Shaman to lose more than 1 hr and then another more than 30 min to be in a random store and you consume them, then in the buffet the attention is lousy, the food is not bad but those who attend to you do it unwillingly, food is delayed because they receive many buses not just your tour. In Chichen itza the guide Carlos does not give you the complete route and only takes you in front of the pyramid and the ball game but does not do the route well, in fact there you are like 1 hr already exaggerated and the worst is that you run to the second cenote since it closes at 5 and we get there 430, obviously in what you change and ask for vest and locker you lose time and in the end well only swim like 20 min also... even doing this they left a family because according to they were not at the agreed hr (there was no hr, the guide only advanced and if he said let's go) I have taken this route many times and I thought that according to paying more was going to be better but it was a disappointment. Go to another company.

The tour the very pleasant, everything was excellent ... Thank you to Oscar., Carlos for all the attention and Mr. chauffeur “Pantera” for returning us safely HAHA. The food was very good, the buffet very good and the touch of beer and tequila during the day was great...

The tour locations were excellent, Chichen Itza, and two cenote. Pickup was over 20 min late and had to transfer from van to bus that took more time. From best estimate lost more than an hour at Chichen Izta and more at Ik Kil cenote. The local buffet lunch was good and fresh. Food free you buy drinks. Return stop to get food was also fast because behind schedule. Probably a 13 hr day from pickup to drop off. Still riding the bus. The staff was nice and helpful. Dont be late for departure or you will be left behind.

Eduardo (Lalo) and his team did an excellent job guiding us through this trip and ensuring that we had an amazing time. He was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and made the whole experience very pleasant for us. I would highly recommend using his services.

Amazing service! For the money we paid I didn’t expect so much but it exceeded the expectation. The crews were very hospitable, friendly and professional. Throughout the tour they offered is water, drinks, snacks etc. We visited all the places that were mentioned. It was a great experience.
