5.00Go dressed for rain and cool temps. You can thank me later. The day was a good pace, beginning with the drive to go to the Fjord cruise. Which was absolutely breathtaking despite the nasty weather. Comfortable shop, and lunch before we boarded was reasonable and very good, in heated tents. After the cruise was the drive to the look off. Again, weather was not with us, but the climb (road) was heartstopping and the view…oh the view! A long drive home. 11 hrs. From start to finish. Guide and driver, Sting, was very good.
Good tour - not the best fit for your small kids.

4.00The tour itself was very good. Well organized. Good tour guide. Great locations. However, the tour description said its appropriate for ages 0-80. Without further research, we went with our 1 year old. The 11 hour tour was perhaps a stretch for the baby. While it was not too bad for her, it wasn't very comfortable either. For the child and for the co-passengers. Stig, the captain of the tour and all our co-passengers were nice enough and in the end it was a good tour for my family. I would suggest to give it a pass if you are with a small child. Maybe a shorter tour / smaller group would suit better.
