  Messaged a few tour companies & AG tours was the only one who got back to me. It was easy to message & arrange what we wanted to see. On the day, the driver was waiting for us at the port. He arranged the best itinerary. We got to see everything we wanted & we never felt rushed. We visited Chaiya Mangalaram Temple, Dhammikarama temple, batik factory, Batu Ferringhi beach, floating mosque & Kek Lok Si Temple. Would definitely use them again & recommend them.

  My daughter organised the tour guide. I was worried first time we are going to Penang,but my tour guide mr.Agilan made our our holiday was very excellent , he’s very very kind, punctuality and reasonable price. I have no words to express his service. He made us booking, accommodation and good food and shopping also. So we are very very happy. I gave him a rating (200/100.) 200 out of 100. We are bowing your service. Well done Agilan. He is like a our family member

  I found Agi from AG tours and transport on a Facebook group I was using to research about Penang.I contacted him via messenger and he responded promptly.We booked him for our airport transfers and sightseeing tours around Penang.Agi was brilliant,he was talkative,informative and funny and listened to all of our requests.If we got hungry he would take us to good places for lunch.We enjoyed our time with Agi and feel like we’ve made a new friend in him.He gave us advise for our ongoing travels from Malaysia to Thailand. If you are looking for good service I highly reccomend using this company.Be assured that Agi will look after you as he did me and my family.

  Really great experience as they’ve been super accommodating and prompt :) booked the car as we went on a cruise and wanted to be more efficient with time. All in all was a great trip and we felt taken care of!

  We booked a tour with this operator through Viator and received our confirmation which i printed out and took with us. As we were on a cruise into Penang, we walked through the maze of corridors until we reached the exit point. We arrived 10 minutes earlier than our meeting time, but could not see anyone holding a sign with our name on it. We waited another 20 minutes ,before phoning the operator who told us he was only 20 metres away (again no sign). When we approached him he introduced himself as AG and said that he had not received any money from Viator or a confirmation, although I showed him my confirmation from Viator. Instead he asked us for more money, but we refused. After 5 minutes of discussion we walked away, promising to follow up with Viator and report his scamming technique. When we returned 90 minutes later, we noticed that he was still touting for business, unsuccessfully. Obviously we were the only booking and he wanted more paying passengers than just ourselves. The whole thing was a scam. Upon our return to Australia, I phoned Viator, who immediately phoned him and confirmed that he had been paid. They demanded that he repay the money and has had a report placed on him. Viator apologised profusely for the experience and inconvenience and imediately refunded our money.That is why I always use Viator and have done for over 10 years when traveling overseas.
