What an amazing day! So many things and sights are packed into this all-day tour but they were all worthwhile. There is a bit of travel but the views are worth it. Michael was an INCREDIBLE guide for the day, so count yourself lucky if you get him for the tour.

This was a very efficient, well run tour. The bus was completely full, but our guide, Michael, did a great job keeping everyone on time. Michael was an excellent guide - very knowledgeable, kind, with great humor. The bus was comfortable with good wifi. The Viking village was better than expected. Great views on the cruise, but the boat was very crowded. Similarly great views from the train. We had an entire train coach for the tour, so more room to spread out and to move from one side to the other for the views.

Seeing the fjords by boat was the best part - magnificent! The tour begins by catching a bus, which is slightly confusing since there are a number of transportation options at the same address.

  • A magical day in the fjords and mountains.

This was a fantastic day and even though there was so much packed in, we never felt rushed. The viking village was an incredible experience of how a real viking village functioned over a thousand years ago, along with activities like axe throwing and archery. The fjord cruise was simply stunning and the flam railway was unlike anything I've ever seen, just beautiful views and scenery at every turn. Michael was a wonderful guide, always smiling and supplying information of the areas and their history. This tour is a must for anyone travelling to Bergen.

Its a long day, but well worth it. Two very professional and informative and funny guides, with exceptional knowledge alkng the way. Smooth and seamless transition from coach to boat and to trains again. A lovely visit to a Viking village, tried some axe throwing too. Although not a stop for lunch plenty of places to get food and drinks. They have food on the boat. The scenery is fantastic especially on the Flam Railway. All in all a greatcday out, it might seem expensive but well worth it!
