Due to the currents and tides, as well as waste from other places flowing into Ha Long Bay, sometimes you will see garbage in Ha Long Bay. The government, local people, tourism companies... are making efforts every day to clean Ha Long Bay.

Ha Long Bay is Vietnam’s top destination and it is often crowded every day, special in summer and weekends. However, we always ensure smooth logistics and top-quality service for your best experience.

Plastic water bottles are provided for free on the bus. However, please do not bring plastic bottles when checking in to the Ha Long Bay cruise, as they are not allowed on board.

Halong Bay

• 07:20–08:20: Our modern Bus picks up at Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Halong Bay via highway (2.5 hours, stop ~15 minutes to restroom) (Option Pick up Hanoi). Arrival Tuan Chau Port at noon, cruise through the turquoise waters and admire the rock formations, islets: Incense, Bunner, Cock Fighting... Soak in the breathtaking surroundings while enjoying a Vietnamese Lunch on cruise. 13h30: Your exploration with a visit to the renowned Surprise Cave (Hang Sung Sot) - the longest, biggest cave of Ha Long Bay. Admire the shimmering stalactites that take on countless unique shapes. Take a kayak/bamboo boat to discover the stunning Hang Luon Cave. Feel the warmth of the sun as you pass by the famous Titop Island (Dao Titop). Take a refreshing dip in the water or trek to the summit of Titop for panoramic views of the bay. Afterward, relax before returning to the boat for a Sunset Party with light foods and fruits. Following your cruise, return to your hotel in Hanoi by 9 PM.

This is a BUSY BIG guided tour with lots of activities and people! It was very well organized and our guide, Ken, was great. All the staff on the ship were attentive and personable. The ship was clean and the buffet was really good quality. We normally travel off the beaten path, and this is not a path but a highway. However, it was a great experience and worth every penny.

The experience was amazing. We left from Hanoi for the day trip. Our tour guide Alex was incredible. He knew a lot about Hanoi and Ha long bay. He was really friendly and nice(would highly recommend). The activities were very well planned and a lot of fun. The service on the boat was also very good. My friends and I had a blast!

I did feel like I was actually on paradise vacation. Boat staff was very friendly and would go extra miles to accommodate your needs. Just be polite and kind to them. Tour leader Phong was funny and informative. The caves were phenomenal. Speed boat ride was a must!

Very good Experience, I read all the reviews and was quite worried about the trip prior but I really enjoyed myself. There was so much food and drinks available and the bus was comfortable. Ha long Bay was beautiful dispute the people and the rubbish. Phong our tour guide was great. I really loved it.
