    The tour was very long however, it is very well organized, plan and executed. Ken out your guy was very experience , proactive, attentive and friendly. He went above and beyond taking care of every detail and ensuring everyone has having a good experience. The sites so fascinating, historical and unique. the cave was beyond what I expected and the bay was something you see in jurrasic park !! Best tour of my life

    The tour was excellent, the guide Toan had a great sense of humor, and everything was as expected. Going through the Surprising Cave was a little rushed and it was difficult to hear the guide due to there being so many people and tour groups. The 20-minute “bamboo” boat ride was more like 10 minutes, since time was spent putting on life vests and assembling people into the boats. I would still recommend the tour. I would take away half a star, if I could, for the blatant and repeated solicitation for tips. It was made clear (seriously at the beginning and end of the day, and jokingly throughout the day) that the tour and cruise companies were different and they should be tipped separately. Tipping should be icing on the cake and it felt uncomfortable when it was so blatantly solicited.

    The scenery is impressive and the tour is well planned. Our guide Sunny, was excellent and very knowledgeable. The meal on the boat was plentiful and very tasty
