Step off the mainland and discover Saint Martin from a unique perspective aboard our 47-foot catamaran, Hakuna Matata. Enjoy a fun, worry-free adventure where we take care of everything, allowing you to fully relax and explore. Led by Captain Robert, with over 15 years of Caribbean sailing experience he will guide you through your journey, sharing fascinating stories from his adventures Departing Phillipsburg at 9:00 AM and returning around 4:00 PM, enjoy stops at Simpson Bay, Maho Beach, Mullet Bay, and La Semanna Beach for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling. Each stop lasts 1+ hour. Savor a homemade lunch, grilled entrées, fresh fruit, and unlimited drinks, all while enjoying exceptional service. Snorkel in our crystal-clear waters, where you might spot tropical fish or even a sea turtle. Alternatively, relax on board or in the water, soaking up the serene surroundings. What to Bring: Beach towels, sun protection, smile, motion sickness tablets (if needed) Our crew is dedicated to making your day exceptional. 5.00THIS WAS THE BEST catamaran trip I've ever taken Captain Peter was amazing and his assistant Devika was soooo accommodating and friendly I loved getting to know them both and oh my the food they served us!! An amazing lunch and drinks plus captain Peter bbq’d us dinner that was mouthwatering. The boat itself was so nice and big and it wasn’t over crowded like most excursions I’ve taken. It’s 10/10. If you’re in sint marteen. This is the excursion to take!!
Highly recommend! One of our highlights from this trip.

5.00The boat is a little dated but very well maintained. We were a group of 14 and the maximum 18 passenger capacity was what drew us to this excursion. We ended up with the boat all to ourselves which was fantastic. Peter and Davica were more than accommodating, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They made the trip awesome. Drinks flowed freely and they made some of the best pork I’ve ever eaten! We stopped at two different spots with beautiful beaches and amazingly clear turquoise water. We had ample time to swim and snorkel at both. We cruised through Simpson bay and Maho beach which was cool to see but you don’t really spend any time there. If you’re as lucky as we were, you’ll have one of the big jets fly right over the top of you as you sail by maho beach. I would definitely recommend this trip, especially if you’re a large group and can work it out to be a private or semi private charter.

5.00Captain Robert and Peter were incredibly kind, punctual, and accommodating from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the views were stunning. They truly made the experience unforgettable. I had an amazing time and would highly recommend booking with them!!!

5.00Such a Beautiful, Caring Experience on the Hakuna Matata Sailing on the Hakuna Matata with Robert was one of the highlights of our trip. The catamaran itself is beautiful, and we stopped at three different beaches that were absolutely perfect for photos — crystal-clear water, gorgeous views, and such an effortless, aesthetic vibe the entire day. I wasn’t feeling well during part of the trip, and Robert was incredibly kind and attentive. He made sure I was comfortable, checked in on me often, and handled everything with so much patience and care. It made me feel safe and truly taken care of, which meant more than I can put into words. The food was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared — and the overall atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and full of laughs. Between the scenery, the hospitality, and the unforgettable moments we captured, it was an experience I’ll always remember. If you’re looking for a catamaran experience that’s beautiful, picture-perfect, and run by someone who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend Hakuna Matata with Robert enough.

5.00Had a blast! Captain Robert was perfect gentleman, he made great snacks, he gave out snorkel gear, we did paddle boarding, he did shots with us and made ribs and chicken for delicious lunch. It was all around worth the money. I will be back !

5.00Pavel & Devika were perfect my group with 5 children ages 3-10. We were met on time and welcomed onboard a dingy from the bridge near the meeting point. From there, Pável told jokes and gave us the itinerary for the day. Once onboard Hakunamatata, Devika met us with a smile and a plate of fruit! She promptly asked for allergy information and our drink preferences. From there we cruised along the coastline and Pável gave us history of the sunken restaurant, told us stories of how he became so lucky as to live on a catamaran, and gave us a soft safety briefing. We snorkeled, sunbathed, ate bbq chicken, and met another couple who shared the boat with us. Davika was the BEST with our kids! I tipped them $100 each. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

5.00Captain Pavel was amazing! One of our best experiences by far of our whole trip in a cruise. He made us our food in the grill, delicious! And he took us to really beautiful Spots to snorkel and swim. Me and my family of 4 (qith 2 kids 4 and 8) really enjoyed this adventure! We really loved this! Thank You for everything! Don't doubt on booking!

It was the best part of our trip and our children said “This is the best day of my life.” The boat was intimate, meaning not a lot of people, as in the larger boats you get larger crowds. The boat was also clean and welcoming by the captain. Captain Pavel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also had an amazing life story that he shared. He was also very patient and understanding of our very curious 7 and 8 year olds. The food was delicious. Beverages were always provided. We got so lucky with booking here. Thank you for an amazing day sailing St. Marteen! A trip to never forget! ❤️
