  Waiting for 3/4 of an hour in burning sun. Driver did not turn up. Customer support were of no help. My previous experience of Viator was very good but definitely be wary of this tour and think carefully before booking with Viator.

• Tour operator never showed and never responded to messages

  Believe the reviews that say that the tour operator does not show and does not communicate. We booked the day before the tour. Did not receive any instructions on the pick up time or place. Messaged the operator in the morning to find out the time/place and got no answer. Went to the lobby of our hotel at 9 am and waited for an hour at least before calling it a day. During that hour, we sent a couple more messages and tried to call the number provided on Viator. Our hotel’s front desk tried to call as well and was unsuccessful. To this day there has been no response or acknowledgment from the tour operator. We send a request for refund to Viator.

  We had a great time and did all the things we asked ! The driver was early, neat and courteous. We did advance planning, so it was helpful to him as to what we wanted to see. It also helped being realistic about how much time things would take. ALL GOOD!

• Pleasant trip - not much value added

  It was a pleasant trip around the island and our guide was a nice guy who did a good job of accommodating our requests. However I wouldn’t say he added a ton of value, aside from providing transportation.

  The main tour guide was not able to give us a tour and had a friend help us out. I see there are great reviews on someone named Julian, which if you get him, I would propose continuing. For the cost, this seemed to be high for not receiving much information about the island nor history; I'm not sure our guide spoke good English. Although it was Christmas and many things were closed, our guide did take us to a beautiful beach, good restaurant and a pretty garden. Our tour was somewhat salvaged but it was unknown of what was open, what were good spots to see and it was unknown some of the spots mentioned on the description such as "shark hole". Due to the limited information, this tour was average and perhaps too much money for the short time and limited learning.

  The driver did not show up at agreed upon time. I had to call and driver didn’t even know he had a tour. Finally sent someone an hour later but the guy was not a tour guide. He was just a guy driving a taxi. He asked us where we wanted to go vs suggesting things to see. At one point we were in a dirt road in the middle of cane fields and the road was washed out and we had to retrace our route for another half hour. He did not share any info on the island and barely answered our questions. Would not use this co again.

  We had a late morning pickup which was great for our schedule. Julian was warm and friendly, we were provided with cold water, a beef pattie for me hit the spot as a brunch. We requested off the normal route sites so we hit the countryside. It was amazing and we had a great time. I Highly recommend !

  We booked this tour 3+ months in advance. Then find out when we arrive there are 2 holidays this week. Would have been nice to know that so we could have moved our tour around to another day. Nothing was open. No shopping. No eating. A lot of money for 1 event

  Julian did a fantastic job. I told him early on that I was looking to see the history of the island. He understood what I was looking for and delivered.

  Had such great expectations for this tour. And while the tour was great the driver showed ap and hour and a half late. Ruining all plan we had on our last day of vacation
