Booked this trip for the next day. Paid my money. Asked for a pick up time and got zero response. Rang the number and got voicemail. Did the same in the morning. Zero response.

The company Kathy’s Tours & Taxis does not exist . We waited for 90 minutes then asked for advice from Tourist Board. They advised that it was a scam-

Do not book this tour. Attempt contact the company the night before. Nobody responded. Nobody showed up the day of the tour. Waited an hour. Attempted to contact company. No response. Contacted viatour customer service. They were receptive but could not contact driver or tour company. Twice. Waste of time. I canceled and found another driver to give me a tour. Less money too.
They didn’t show up. No communication at all.

They didn’t show up. No communication at all. I called several times, my resort as well and no answer. Straight to voicemail. I left voicemails as well and still nothing. Do not book this company!!!

Horrible!! Never had this happen before. Booked a tour, got confirmation but no pickup time. Tried to call provider but no answer. Viator chat tried as well. We've been waiting an hour for info. Hotel tried too. Looked at reservation and it says "cancelled". I didn't cancel. Did provider without telling me? Please refund money paid!

The tour operator never showed up and we had to try and cancel, but they never answered their chat. Hopefully, we’ll get our money back.

The driver never showed up. We called, the concierge called and got an answering machine. O course we were charged immediately. Trying to get a refund as we speak
