1.00Do not book this tour. Attempt contact the company the night before. Nobody responded. Nobody showed up the day of the tour. Waited an hour. Attempted to contact company. No response. Contacted viatour customer service. They were receptive but could not contact driver or tour company. Twice. Waste of time. I canceled and found another driver to give me a tour. Less money too.
They didn’t show up. No communication at all.

1.00They didn’t show up. No communication at all. I called several times, my resort as well and no answer. Straight to voicemail. I left voicemails as well and still nothing. Do not book this company!!!

1.00Horrible!! Never had this happen before. Booked a tour, got confirmation but no pickup time. Tried to call provider but no answer. Viator chat tried as well. We've been waiting an hour for info. Hotel tried too. Looked at reservation and it says "cancelled". I didn't cancel. Did provider without telling me? Please refund money paid!

1.00The tour operator never showed up and we had to try and cancel, but they never answered their chat. Hopefully, we’ll get our money back.

1.00Waiting for 3/4 of an hour in burning sun. Driver did not turn up. Customer support were of no help. My previous experience of Viator was very good but definitely be wary of this tour and think carefully before booking with Viator.
