Strap on a PFD and helmet, then take on Colorado's Arkansas river with one of Journey Quest's well-trained, professional guides! During the calmer sections in-between rapids, be on the lookout for Bighorn Sheep and waterfowl that populate the landscape. 5.00This was a wonderful trip down the river on a sunny September morning. Because we hadn't done any whitewater rafting for a couple of years, we went for a gentler ride - only a couple of Class III's and suitable for children too. Our guides were cheerful and mindful of the natural beauty of the river around us, but kept us paddling where we needed to in order to keep the raft moving in the right direction. The raft ride was fast, splashy, and fun. We were well-equipped. Our raft had us and one other couple who were new to the sport, so we weren't overcrowded. It was a lovely morning and it was over way too soon. I highly recommend this rafting outfitter and the trip.

5.00Our group had an amazing experience! It was everyone's first time whitewater rafting and Steve was so patient and kind with us. He detailed all the things we needed to do to make the experience safe and was super knowledgeable about all the areas we rafted through. I loved the fact that it was a Christian based company, so we said a prayer before the trip. My anxiety was so high, that prayer really calmed me down! I can't wait to do this again!

5.00Our family of 4 (2 children 11 and 8) did a morning raft trip through Bighorn Sheep Canyon. It was a fantastic morning and we are very happy we chose Journey Quest. Many other rafting companies were out that day so we were able to see when and where others started and ended. We are very happy we were able to do what we did. Eli was great with the kids and a really great raft guide. He even let them guide the last part of the trip (mostly flat water). If we were to go back we would definitely choose Journey Quest again. Thanks for a great raft trip.

5.00The scenery was beautiful and the guides were kind/nice people. I highly recommend this tour as it was smaller than many of the other tours we came across. It made it more fun and we weren’t waiting on groups.

5.00First timer and had a blast. 2 older parents and 2 college kids. Kayla was awesome guide. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.

5.00I was a first time whitewater rafter, and Elijah was an excellent guide and teacher. He was very knowledgeable of the river and was full of safety tips and dad jokes. 😁 I will be coming back and rafting with Journey Quest again, hopefully soon!! Everyone we met here was fantastic!

5.00This experience was beyond words. A good group of people to experience this adventure with. There was three in my family so we were grouped with another family of three. The guide was informative and friendly. This was the first time white water rafting and I would recommend this place to anyone.
