Weekend visits to the Palace of Parliament are available only for groups of 10 or more people. For smaller groups visiting on weekends, the Palace of Parliament will be replaced with an alternative attraction or a guided walking tour of the Old Town.

Our guide Matthew was knowledgeable about the city but didn’t share much information while driving between the three main stops. Traffic was very congested but we arrived at the Parliament building with time to spare.

We had a great half day tour of Bucharest with Laura. We were a party of six - my wife and I (Americans) and two other couples from Scotland. We started with the Palace of Parliament and got some great shots of the exterior of this huge building. Laura then provided us tickets for the tour of the building, which was an approximate one hour tour conducted by one of the regular guides at the Palace. We were not disappointed , even though we were informed by the guide that over the course of an hour we had seen less than 10% of the building! Very impressive architecture. We then mixed things up from the scheduled tour, which would have taken us to the Village Museum. Laura asked us if we would rather see the Patriarchal Cathedral and the Patriarchal Palace. We all readily agreed and this decision turned out to be a good one. It was a very pleasant walk up to the cathedral, which itself was a very interesting visit. We then stopped at Revolution Square, followed by a stop at the Arch of Triumph. All in all a great half day tour. Upon hearing that we wanted to visit the Roman Atteneul the next day, Laura took it upon herself to call them and find out what hours they were open to the public for general admission. We would very much recommend this tour, particularly with Laura as your guide.

Trip was OK A bit disappointed as we couldn't visit the People Palace so went to Summer Palace instead which was interesting. The tour guide was OK but a bit loud
An informative 5(+) hour tour. Well worth the cost.

Narcis was an overall great tour guide. He apologized for being one minute late. He was very knowledgeable about many areas and the history of Bucharest and offered many useful options to consider outside of the tour (viewing the 41 fountains at night on a weekend (for a show like the Bellagio fountain in Las Vegas) and sampling Romanian wine). The tour was scheduled for 5 hours, he was very accommodating to our small group of three and did not attempt to rush us through any of the sites. He even added a stop to the Anthenel…it was gorgeous inside and worth the additional stop (and cost 10 Lei). We spent nearly 6 hours touring. Narcis was very engaging and communicative so it did not feel like 6 hours. The tour transports was via a person, privately owned car. It was one guide to three clients/guests. This 5 hour tour was a perfect introduction to Bucharest. I only wish I could have scheduled it for my first day.

Ioana was out tour guide, she was absolutely amazing, she gave lots of information about the history of Romania Bucharest and was bubbly and friendly, we were really impressed with how passionate she is. 100% would recommend and I would go again!

The tour operator was very professional. He provided a pleasant first look at this large and beautiful city. He took the time to show us everything we asked for. He went the extra mile showing us hidden gems and top attractions alike. I highly recommend their operation.

Excellent half day, well organized and that allows to quickly have an overview of the city. We have a very friendly guide (Serban) who leaves the choices in the flow of visits, good level of French. I recommend!

What a fabulous look at Bucharest. Our guide - Serban Riga - was really friendly and knowledgeable and took us round all the significant sites of the city as well as explaining the history behind them. The highlight for us was the Museum of Village Life - so peaceful and interesting. Absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a good introduction to Bucharest.

This tour is a great introduction to Bucharest and its history. Laura, my guide, was really knowledgeable and managed to get me into a see a magnificent building not officially part of the tour as it's not guaranteed. The tour of parliament was really interesting. I thoroughly recommend this company because I was a solo traveller in low season and they did everything possible to accommodate me.
