  This is such a great experience!!! The chef takes you to a market to get fresh ingredients. You make many different dishes of your choice. All of the food is fresh and tasty. You get to also make a fire in the pan. The chef then drops you off back to your hotel. He is very knowledgeable and makes the whole experience so fun. Also delicious food and mango sticky rice.

  We arranged an afternoon cooking class and had more than we expected. The Chef met us at a local marked and gave us an insight into the food and ingredients we were using. The cooking school was on a small holding and the Chef showed us around and then onto the cooking. We made 6 dishes which we then enjoyed and each meal was lovely. The chef ensured that all the dishes were chosen individually and catered for taste etc. we had a great time

  Kade was a fabulous teacher She made everything sound simple and the organisation of equipment and ingredients was first class . She provided very clear explanations of the processes and instructions to make all the dishes and she delivered it in a fun friendly manner Not intimidating at all for a solo participant and everyone had their own workstation .   This was such a fun, informative, and delicious night out! Chef was quite knowledgeable with a engaging sense of humor. The open air market was delightful, many varities of fruit, vegetables, meat and various items to choose from. The kitchen stations were placed in an open air setting surrounded by Chefs garden, rice fields, farms animals and palm trees. The food... don't even get me started. The BEST food we have had in Thailand so far! And... We got to cook it ourselves (mostly) ♡ We chose from several categories such as soup, curry, holy Thai basal and so on. We all made Pad Thai, and helped put together sticky rice and learned how to make curry paste. The class is very hands on with many demonstrations and group participation. Chef shared so many tips and tricks to help us in the kitchen. Finally, we finished the night surrounded by new friends and mouth watering creations.   It was a very successful excursion and experience from there to end. Picked up from the hotel we were taken to a market where we were received by the chef. He explained the vegetables and herbs and let us smell and taste. Then to the cooking location. Large, with lots of own vegetables, and very clean. Under the inspiring direction of the chef, we got to work. Show cooling, with the flame in the pan, was also a possibility. Thanks to the explanation, the demonstration and instructions from the chef, the homemade dishes were all delicious. Highly recommended.

  This was a great way to spend our morning! Loved the menu options and they made the market tour and whole experience so fun. Ate so much wonderful food. Highly recommend.

  This was a great experience and we got more than we bargained for. The class was both entertaining and engaging. Perm and team were superb throughout. Highly recommended fir anyone who likes Thai food.

  This was the best cooking class that I have ever done! Instructions and humour were amazing! I loved that we got to pick the dishes that we cooked and that we got the recipe book at the end! Everything was so yummy and fresh! An absolute must do !!!
