The Third Tunnel

■DMZ(Demilitarized Zone) The 3rd Invasion Tunnel. This is walking course into the tunnel. Take your step into the 3rd tunnel which is one of thrilling tunnel as close to 1.95 meters high, 2.1 meters wide and 1,635 meters long. It was thought to be more threatening as an invasion tool than the 1st and 2nd Tunnels.

What a great day out. Our guide SJ was informative, funny and great at communicating what to expect, the timings etc. We wanted a shorter tour to still be able to spend some time in Seoul in the evenings and we were dropped off back in Seoul around 3 plus in the afternoon.

SJ was fantastic! Much more than I expected. The tunnel portion was less than exciting, but it did offer a workout for a 72 year old!

Eddie was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about telling the story about Korea Separation. He was engaging & kept the tour interesting. Can be physically demanding especially the long walk to third tunnel.
