Take the time to escape to heaven on Earth. Adventure calls you and it's time to respond to that call of life to break the routine, to live intensity, to enjoy the treasures of this island and to create memories that will last for eternity. For 4 hours you will be one with Mother Nature with an interpretive hike that takes you directly into the forest. The very experienced guides will guide you on a secure and unforgettable journey through the river going under waterfalls, jumping to huge ponds while relaxing with amazing views and a lot of other activities that makes this tour the most fun and safe way of enjoying the El Yunque Rainforest. Because all of the activities are optional, you don't have to worry about your group, you can stay together and decide to be the adventurous or the one who capture the moment for all to enjoy later.

5.00Had a wonderful time on this half day tour. I have three boys aged 10-16 and they all had a blast climbing, swimming under waterfalls, sliding down waterfalls and just exploring. Guides were amazing. Probably our best day in Puerto Rico!

5.00I highly recommend this adventure. Gabe was our guide and was amazing, he took safety seriously, was incredibly supportive, and offered encouragement at just the right moments. This is a unique and beautiful experience that can be tailored to different ability levels. I recommend wearing good sneakers you don’t mind getting wet, bringing a lightweight backpack with water and snacks, and a small dry bag for your phone. Gabe was great with taking photos/videos and air dropped them to us at the end of the tour. Being immersed in nature and having the chance to swim beneath a waterfall was incredibly energizing, and I also enjoyed the adrenaline rush that I got from all of the challenges!

5.00We had an amazing tour - the “Spa del Jibaro” was billed as their most relaxing tour, but I am not sure “relaxing is quite the right word. In any case, it was a gorgeous hike, with long breaks to admire the scenery and catch our breath, and a few energizing slides down or under waterfalls. This was a great intro to El Yunque, and we were surprised by a feast of just-cooked chicken and tostones at the end. It was some of the best food we ate in PR! Bonus!!

5.00The via ferrata was an amazing experience and unlike anything you could get near el yunque. My guide was fantastic and we had the whole area to ourselves as the tour is on private land. Amazing waterfalls and it was definitely challenging/adventurous. 10/10 would recommend!

5.00We had an amazing day! The rainforest and waterfalls were beautiful and we had a great hike. My son was quite adventurous and enjoyed the zip line and floating bridge. We all enjoyed the rock water slide and the swim behind the waterfalls. Memorable and beautiful! Highly recommend!

5.00I don’t really know how to explain what I experienced with Montaña Explora in El Yunque, because it wasn’t just an excursion... it was one of those experiences that you get tattooed on your body. Wild nature, adrenaline, laughter, vertigo, water, living forest... and a constant feeling of being exactly where you should be. From the very first minute I felt it was in the hands of people who deeply love what they do. The guides not only know every corner of the forest, but they know how to convey respect, confidence, security and passion. At all times I felt at once cared for, encouraged and free. That balance is gold. The adventure is real: walk through the jungle, jump into natural pools, slide on rocks, swim in crystal clear waters, let the body tremble with emotion... and then feel more alive than ever. No artificial tourism: this is El Anunque in its most authentic and wild version. But if anything made this experience even more special, it was the energy of the tour, the shared laughter, the fears that are overcome together and that feeling of tribe that you create without realizing it. I came away exhausted, heart racing... and with a smile that lasted all day. If you are in Puerto Rico and doubt whether to do this activity: do it. If you're afraid: do it anyway. If you want to feel alive, connect with nature, yourself and beautiful people: Explore Mountain is the place. Thanks for creating magic in the middle of the jungle. I would return a thousand times. 🌿💦🔥

5.00The Via Ferrata was challenging but the climb was well worth the view! The waterfall is simply stunning and Gabriel was so friendly and helpful. He was nice enough to let my husband do the normal waterfall tour, while letting me climb the Via!
