Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate
Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay

5.00The trip was great from start to finish! The staff were so good especially Mr Tom, we couldnt have asked for better! The food was very nice and the voat and fascilities matched the service! Would recommend this cruise to anyone looking to visit Ha Long Bay!

5.00It was a great trip . Mr Bean our host was amazing . He took great care - gave all necessary information and ensured that everyone was happy on the cruise . He was also very accommodating and always smiling . I would defintely recommend the cruise to all.

5.00Had a great trip with carnival cruises, highly recommend the views, but not the speed boat if you get sea sick! Mr Bean was an attentive host and very accommodating, would highly recommend his help. maybe I will comeback again!

5.00We had a great time on this cruise. Tom was an energetic and friendly guide who helped us to organize a comfortable table during the cruise. All the activities exceeded our expectations. We had a lot of fun hiking, kayaking, exploring the cave, and eating/drinking on the cruise!

5.00Overall it was a great experience. Tom was a wonderful guide. He was attentive and made sure the group stayed together for the whole trip. The spots were crowded, but it was worth the visit. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
