  This Half-Day Flexible Private Hangzhou Highlight Tour is perfect for us because my husband and I were only in town for a couple of days and we were travelling with our 7 year old daughter, so we wanted something more relaxed and flexible. Our local tour guide Wenwen was very knowledgeable and kind. With her over 20 years of experience, she shared a wealth of information about the places we chose to visit: Lingyin Temple, West Lake and Hefang Street. And being a mother herself, Wenwen was very accommodating of the needs of my 7 year old daughter who was with us in the tour like stopping by snack and toy shops. We especially appreciated the local restaurant she took us to for dinner—she recommended popular local cuisine that she and her family enjoy so we enjoyed it too. Mr. Guo was our private car driver and he was a very good and safe driver. Having a private car made travelling to the different places very convenient and comfortable especially with a child in tow. Highly-recommended tour!

  Excellent tour - was able to accommodate us on short notice and within time constraints. Tina was a 5-star guide who was enthusiastic about Hangzhou and crafted an itinerary according to our preferences, while making sure we did not miss anything of interest. Would recommend 100%.

  My tour with Pan (aka Tony) was amazing! He was a wealth of knowledge on Hangzhou and all the sights we saw and then some with his excellent recommendations. We ate traditional Hangzhou dishes and every single one was a hit. October was a bit too late to pick tea at Longjing but as a consolation we got to try out the gear and view the fields. Afterwards, we relaxed and tasted tea with a local farmer which is safe to say a one-of-a-kind unforgettable experience. I initially booked a solo tour but had a family member join last minute and both Tony and Alana were very accommodating. Tony was also extremely flexible on specific things I wanted to make sure we had the time to do and the drop-off location after the tour to make the most of my trip.

  We had an amazing time on our tour with Lin. We came during the plum rain season, so it was raining A LOT. However, Lin made our tour very enjoyable. We were picked up in a comfortable big car and Lin also came prepared with two big umbrellas. We started our tour at the lake, which was absolutely gorgeous. Then we went to the Lingyin, which looked incredible with all the carved statues. Lin is very knowledgable, so she told us a lot about the culture of China - both past and present. After that, we had lunch at a beautiful restaurant and tried some delicious local dishes. We finished our tour with a quick drive to the Longjing tea village where we admired the vast hills of tea bushes. Our guide Lin went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She even gave me her jacket at one point as I was feeling chilly. I also don't think we would have explored so many places in one day if it wasn't for the tour - very happy!

  We had a fantastic tour of Hangzhou with Mr. Pan as we got see West Lake, Buddha temple and also the tea plantations. Lunch was fantastic as well, definitely recommend it.
