  Excellent experience from start to finish. Staff is helpful, boat and gear are clean, the spot they take you to on the reef is exclusive to this company so not over-trafficked. Still very colorful and lots to look at. IMO a half day is plenty of time. I’d recommend buying a waterproof camera or phone case. They have some for sale on board ($39) but not many. On the boat trip back to Cairns, scones were available as free snacks and drinks to purchase. Highly recommend.

  Very well organized, good talk before snorkeling, knew a lot about the Great Berrier Reef and were very mindful, so the reef is still protected. Kiki and Justin were wonderful guides and super sweet

  This was an incredible day- we were fortunate with weather and were able to go to Briggs reef which the staff was also excited about. The staff was incredible from check in to check out- Alix, Mo, Imogen, Quinn and Kiki (who was our professional mermaid and got the most incredible water shots for us- we found nemo!) We purchased a camera to rent on board to use during snorkeling and it was amazing. We saw clown fish, tons of coral, giant clams, tons of sea cucumbers, and ended the snorkel day with a sea turtle! On our way back, we even got a brief whale sighting. The staff were so lovely and genuinely passionate about the work they do and the area we snorkel, always ready and willing to answer questions or help guests with gear or guidance for those less experienced. All around, we had one of the best days of our vacation during this tour and cannot thank the staff enough for the experience! Lastly, the boat is fairly new, the equipment was great and the scones were a nice treat after paddling around. —- For those that read reviews and are deciding between half day and full day: a half day tour was perfect for us (we had just about 2 hrs of snorkeling which we felt was plenty), however, if you want more than that, I would suggest a full day tour as getting to and from the reef is an hour+ in and of itself.

  It was a great experience from start to finish! The reef was beautiful and we were traveling in a smaller group. The crew was super helpful and fun. You notice that there is a lot of passion in it for the sea and its inhabitants and you want to share it. Also had the feeling that the reef is handled responsibly. There was individual support and equipment (if necessary). Half-day is also quite enough. It is very exciting but also exhausting. Can only recommend this organization!
